Man, this bunch of episodes is fantastic, but especially that last one. Garp being absolutely conflicted here, Akainu straight up melting a soldier for having second thoughts, and Doflamingo's speech is a perspective that is relevant not only in the show but in real life events as well - it's a common choice when people talk about memorable One Piece quotes. Well, Luffy's finally here so we don't have to worry about him being too late but time to see what he's gonna do on this battlefield where he's clearly EXTREMELY outclassed.

I just saw an instagram reel, it was one I had seen earlier( which had the quote by Doflamingo that talks about how kids who have seen peace and war had different values and justice stuff ) and playing in the same frame were actual irl kids being asked what they want. One side kids were saying they wanted money, to be billionares aand have lamborghinis, on the other side from one of the countries currently engaged and suffering war, kids say they want bread, medicine for their family, and even some saying they want lost ones be alive again. As someone who watch a lot of what goes on in this world, lines like this feel even more impactful to me. I personally like One piece have such topics within it that are sometime so political.
Spoilers I wish we got more screen time with the other division commanders of whiteboards crew. Besides Marco and Izo later on in Wano. We don’t focus much on the others. I get it that there probably isn’t time for that, but I wish we could see them again.
