The Goa Kingdom sounded familiar to you because it was mentioned briefly by Cabaji (Buggys unicycle guy) in the live action. He said Zoro chased him and his brother there.
Someone might have mentioned this last video, but if you were a bit younger, Jent, you might recognize Sabo's voice as the voice of none other than Naruto! Naruto and One Piece were contemporary series when this was aired so it was very fun to see!
ASL and their relationship is such a great dynamic... the whole backstory is also great subtext for Luffy's actions in relation to his crew and the way he relates to ppl. Btw I'm pretty sure some of these episodes are anime-canon/filler. Like the extra Dadan episode and the Tiger competition. The whole idea of their relationship and what they got up to is mostly canon as is Dadan worrying for them but it wasn't shown with as much time or in such a way. Personally I like it as it gives us even more time to take in the relationship betweeen all 3 of them.
Gum gum rocket was made as a combo attack for luffy and his brothers! I find that so adorable and tragic since they will never be able to use it with its original team :(
