I have these tiles in my garage. No floor drain needed for a garage. It dries just fine. I power wash it after winter.
im biulding a shop in the summer defintly going to order these, that is if building materials would stops rising and i can actually afford a shop at this rate
Can you install these tiles on garage floor with tiles that aren’t totally flat?
Can you use a jack stand or floor jack on these?

Yup, I'll vouch for Race Deck...granted my garage is personal use but this flooring has been down over 10 years now. I get complements on if all the time. Best look and high durability...good stuff.

They have a lot of pores. Not sure they would be good for a mechanic garage. Does anyone know what garage tiles would be best for mechanic type garage with oil, gas, etc. getting on it?

So would this not be recommended if you do not have any type of drain underneath? I just have uncoated concrete in my garage. Was thinking about these instead of epoxy. But I like to wash my car in the garage in the winter. Wonder if this will keep water in
It won't. I have it in my garage and water just goes on the concrete and evaporates like it would if the flooring wasn't there. It's the best surface I've ever had and REALLY makes the garage look leaps and bounds better than anything else.
Yeah yeah it will evaporate and make the garage incredibly humid unless you use a dehumidifier. Doofus.
the fact you have to move the tiles to clean the floor is a deal breaker...what a pain...i'll go with epoxy...not every garage has a drain especially homes...
Having to remove it and clean underneath is the problem with this for me. Not great for anyone that does a lot of work in their garage.
If you drop a small screw or washer, you have to unclip the tile. If you drop a hammer, the tile will crack. I sold mine 20 days after I installed it. No regrets.

Those are 16x16 tiles, not 12x12 as mentioned in the video
They are 12"x12" tiles. They come attached 4 tiles @ 24"x24".
Don’t use white and don’t do maintenance on it !
