As you mention, if you arent running ultras/trails you dont need the Apex 2 Pro. But, thr A2P comes with much improved build quality, sapphire glass, maps, bigger battery, To help achieve the battery life MIP displays are used. While not as "pretty" as an amoled screen, there function does as intended, improves battery life and is perfectly visible in the sun. The screen is an acceptable trade off on eother for the marked battery life improvement and better running metrics
Got a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 a few years ago, because I didn't have any plans on running longer distances and yet I'm so annoyed by the short battery life this watch has in daily life. I startet Marathon training a few months ago and while being on a long run you can watch the battery die with each kilometer ... I'm pretty sure it won't make it through an actual marathon 😅 I'm really thinking about purchasing a Coros Pace 3, the only thing that bothers me that it doesn't support any kind of (offline) music streaming. I hope they'll work on that in the future.
Yeah it’s definitely more of genuine workout watch. But honestly I never run with out my phone. The only way I would ever run with out my phone is if I had an Apple Watch Ultra.
Currently have Pace 3 and loving it. But was recently looking at APEX just in case I decide to upgrade and the main reason is I want a better scratch proof glass since I wear it most of the day. Pace 3 only has mineral glass APEX has sapphire glass. Though I bought a 3rd party plastic casing just to protect it, so far it keeps my Pace 3 scratch free. But removing the protective casing looks better and screen is clearer / brighter. Its worth mentioning Pace 3 is lighter than APEX. Although APEX has better material build and better battery life (but tbh pace 3's battery life is way more than enough for me)
I bought a used corros Apex Pro, oddly sold my First Used Apple series 8 watch which I really liked except for the damn battery, If Apple could give us a choice of screens like Garmin do Apple would have a longer battery life.
@@chrisslynch just ordered the pace3 anyway. I like how it’s smaller and I use my phone for navigation so feels like it’s got everything I would need 🙂
The MIP display on the Pace 3 is marginally better than on the Apex 2 Pro. The backlight though is not awesome on both. The Pro does have better materials. If you needed or wanted better mapping that’d also be a reason to go for it - the Pace 3 only has breadcrumb nav.
So honestly always knew about garmins. But one of the people I follow I saw had a Coros and after looking at their website I really liked the features it had. Honestly, if you just want a watch that will track your runs and not a smart watch. Get a Coros if you want more of a smart watch feel and a nice display garmin. Also the display on the Coros is not the best, but you do get use to it very quickly

That’s how I feel too
Jenis layar yang dipakai apakah sama antar kedua jam tersebut?

I agree! I love my pace 3 and I love my Apple Watch. But coros just tracks so much more information it’s great
Good video😁 like the videos that you make😀 love from Norway🇳🇴
Thank you bro! I was debating on which one to buy looks like the pace 3 is my best bet
It really is I love mine!
I’m watching this video… I exclusively run on trails 🤷 😅
Well shit get the apex 2 pro hahah

@@psybursonic aye perfect then! You will enjoy it for sure
I also run trail. I got a second hand Apex 2 for 200$ and I'm really happy with it.
That’s not a bad deal
Do anyone know will there be Coros Apex 3 Pro?
Idk but coros needs to make a watch with a nicer screen next haha

Literally living the same life rn. I was lucky enough to sell my Apple Watch Series 4 today and put that money towards a pace 3 😮💨
It’s worth it man I love mine
The tech they use in their Pace 3 display is meant to be reflective i.e. look good outdoors in the sun.
Yeah I learned this after I have worn it for longer. Maybe I should do a long term review of the pace 3
If I run on trails, would it be better to get Coros Apex 2 pro or atleast the Coros Apex 2 non pro?
I think either would work well !
Why didn’t you go with a Garmin? And what models were you considering.

Great Video
Just go to 3:45 and skip all the mumbo jumbo before. It is the screen and the UI. Rest of the video is not adding value
Do more research
No you
Bro is living in backrooms :D check the outside of this window!
Backrooms?
