As my my knowledge you can buy a single cover for your spouse which would be cheaper than buying as a couple. Of course if insurers know from your information that you’re a couple they won’t issue 😅 Also if you and your partner are planning on having babies single cover won’t cover that and you’d need a couple’s insurance cover.
