1.0 tsi despite smaller engine and 143kg heavier performs so well. Perfect 5 star safety rating. Just 1 minor tune and it will kill vtec in all aspects.

Bhai 1.0 can produce above 200 bhp easily 😅😅
@@sankalplal4565 I know. VW has tested that engine with supercharger and dyno tested it was able to output 270bhp. It is heavily undertuned in production cars.

1.0 tsi is often underestimated due to its displacement and size but one should know it’s small size gives it the advantage and German engine anyday is performance bomb
With AC, performance difference was very interesting and surprising.

@@kill3rbyysight i guess u missed the detail bro its not same segment its 1L turbo vs 1.5 na and all that hype of vtec still its 2-3 secs slower. U dnt expect a 1.5 to be beaten teribly by 1L
@Sourabh though Verna also faster than City but I sold it after 2 weeks wen i test drove Honda.. jo marzi kaho.. Honda City ko drive krne ka apna hee charm hai.. there is something about it which makes it a complete & balanced package.. & does not feel underpowered at all.. initial pull is phenomenal.. pulling car with does RPMS & sound is orgasmic.. may lose drag but who does it a anyway other than youtubers
1.0 TSI is very potent engine, but excitement of driving NA engine is just something else.
The free revving NA engine with a more superior loud sound is something that enthusiast love a lot ♥️

4th gen will win easily the drag races which is till 120-130 kmph max for these cars, the 400 m strip. The 5th gen is slightly slower.

Taking TSI like: arey bacha hai... But it is a king of high speed or highway run.
i-vtec has a higher top speed than both 1.0L and 1.5L tsi brother (203kmph is the top speed of tsi) and ivtec goes till 214kmph
Get the stock tires on the City and revv it till 7k rpm in each gear with wheelspin while launching.
It will leave that downsized Slavia behind in the dust in the drag race as well as reaching the top speed. Top speed of City is around 210 kmph, whereas Saliva maxes out at 190 kmph.
1.5 TSI is anyday leaps and bounds better better than this 3 cyl 1.0 vibrator and even the 1.5 I-VTEC!
No no Slavia goes above 200+ kmph
The stock tyre point maybe correct and was on my mind as well

The same vibrator has been installed in cars ranging from VW Golf Mk7, VW Polo, Audi A3 and Skoda Octavia III 😉
Although city loses vs stock slavia, 1 minor ecu remap in slavia will smoke your vtec and you will keep revving going nowhere. Do some research before being a natural aspirated bhakt.

Bhai honda mei limiter hai shayd. Mere paas b 5th gen h manual.
But the fact is 1.0 which use in slavia and virtus is dtuned because for mileage otherwise slavia win both drag as well as potential
The 1.0 tsi which was present in the polo and rapid had a different tune I guess
Because it performed btr according to me
Maybe they changed some settings, to increase the fuel economy etx
But still 1.0 tsi is amazingly good and can compete with bigger displacement engines because of its turbo power ♥️
@@ATISHEYJAIN 1.0 litre jo rapid or polo mai aata tha vo Germany se imported hota tha vo city se drag mai equal rehta tha fir after 120, 1.0 le jaata tha. Jo abhi 1.0 aa rha hai vo India mai he bna hai India ke liye vo mileage ke liye tuned hai otherwise 1.0 is faster than VTEC
That 1.0 litre can produce easily 250 bhp after getting tuned 🔥🔥

Honda city is much lighter than slavia. That’s why in the initial city pulls faster but if we talk about 1.0 TSI vento vs 1.5 I-vtech Honda city, 7k rpm bhi, i- v tech mein kuchh na ukhad paayega😂.
