Hello @@bhuvaneshyadav3305, I currently do not have a monitor arm with me. I have only used this monitor in the landscape mode, But I can assure you that there will be no issues as long as you use a good quality arm. I suggest AmazonBasics.
Monitor prices are a bit on the higher end these days (1-2k increase in price) But I'd suggest the Samsung LS24, It's around 11k I think. Otherwise you can go with the Benq FHD 24" monitors as they're known to inflict less strain on the eyes and thus will be well suited for long hours.
Don't worry about it. You can tweak the colors on the monitor and calibrate it according to you. I did not calibrate the monitors because that would not have been a fair comparison.
I need an extended display for my Macbook Air and 90% of my work is email-related, writing documents (word, google doc, excel) & internet browsing. How is the resolution for text-based work and which of the two would you recommend then? I feel 22MP68VQ is outdated because its a 2016 model compared to the 2018 model. Is there a 2020 model perhaps?

I turned off Freesync and the 75hz toggle was still available in the Display settings.

Yes. It's working properly. I did the UFO test. But I can't vouch if it will work the same with an Nvidia GPU.

Both have basically the same panel so it's not a problem. You can tweak the colors and calibrate it as you like.

No. It's actually in the default preset. Although I have to agree the color temps look a lot warmer in 22MK600M.

Bro, the backlit is LED for both models. But the display technology is it LED for both models or LCD?
22MK600M uses LCD technology, on the other hand 22MP68VQ is LED.

Yes both the monitors can be mounted via VESA without any issues. And the orientation can be changed through the display settings.
