The pool is actually Renaissance inspired. Do you pay for access per individual amenity, or do you pay a lump sum forr access to all amenities, all or nothing?
Before you said it. I recognized it as Morgan stop. We stayed at a New Super 8 over there when I was up in Upper Montclair, NJ for my aunts memorial service. The cold water wasn’t working but NYC hipsters are crazy. Hahah. The neighborhood looks like an industrial hood but they had an Erewhon style grocery store covertly hidden in an unassuming building covered in Graffiti. We had a view from our Window of some Trust fund babies in their Brooklyn Lofts.
Location location location... "Warehouse district" and might be a whole massive construction situation outside with what is seen out the window in the studio.
I can always tell when builders are going for people under 40. Because the style of the buildings always look like a dorm/student center. lol It’s very nice though 🙌🏾
The studio lacks adequate closet space but otherwise both apartments appear to be good value for the money. The building is loaded with amenities! But I think it's necessary to have all those activities there because looking at the neighborhood, I don't think I'd want to go out after dark. I'm guessing that there are fees for many of the building's perks. There are no bargains for NYC apartments. There are always compromises, and when apartments this nice in a building this nice seem to have almost-reasonable rents, there has to be a hitch. The neighborhood is clearly one of them, convenience to the subway and for shopping may be another, and how about night life? I wasn't kidding when I said that I wouldn't want to go out after dark.
It's honestly not to bad, stayed over there for a bit and explored the neighborhood often at night. I never felt weird, or uncomfortable. Robertas is amazing 👏
Stayed with a friend for a while, neighborhood isn't bad (I'm an a tall guy with tats tho). I would say the downside is, its not affordable after a certain amount of time. Even staying there I found that I was spending about an extra 1k a month just on stupid things (I wasn't even paying rent). If you have the money its great, you just realize after a while that the set price of 2250 a month could be double.
Oh my goodness, I must be watching too many of these videos because at the price of the studio I thought, "Oooooh, that's not bad!" (It's double my current mortgage payment) lol I love your videos, even if I live all the way in California and don't need a place to live. Thanks!
Lived there for a year. The pool wasn’t available for the entire time I was there and opened about a month before I was going to move 🥴 the rooftop view is beautiful and it was my favorite part of the apartment though.
The amenities are spectacular for the rent they’re asking for. New apartments, nice size rooms and beautiful finishes. I think you’ve got a winner here, Cash!
@@delovelydeb1 Is it for all of the amenities or you can choose which ones you want to use and pay for? If you can, it’s still great minus the laundry price. Like what if you don’t use the laundry? Can they take out the unit and not charge you?
I lived a couple blocks away from this building from 2015-2016. That neighborhood was THE WORST if you had a job in the city you had to go to everyday. If you work from home or work in the neighborhood it wouldn't be that bad, but I do NOT recommend trying to live off the Morgan L and work anywhere in Manhattan. Hmm... interesting and eclectic neighborhood. The studio at $2250/month is the steal, IMHO. Especially, when you consider all of the amenities of the building. I liked the 2bed/2bath apartment too. But, at $4100/month... I just wasn't feeling it because I felt that there should have been a terrace of some sort--that's just me. Overall though, they're nice units (no complaints about the bathrooms) and a beautiful building.
Agree with everything you said. In addition I have no real desire to live in NYC, was nice to visit the times I've been, but don't feel like living there. Now if that building was in Boston, or down in Denver (closer to where I'm currently living btw) with the price adjusted for the local area ( I believe it would be a bit cheaper in either city) and I could relocate my position nearby, I would then consider trying to get one of the two bedroom units, especially if it was a unit that was 2Br, 1Ba but of the same size as the 2 Br, 2 Ba place.

@@chacal811 Yep relatively speaking it's still an absolute steal for $2k studio in NYC. Compared to pre-pandemic, $2k/mo you get a 10x10 room with 2 other roommates and share 1 bathroom in a rundown apartment. But with jobs going remote, I'm already booking it to Thailand. Condos at $500/mo with extremely lux amenities (all included) that make this one look like the budget version. Even when you have a good job making good money working anywhere you want, you still come to the same conclusion that NYC rent is ridiculous, it's not even debatable.
I’m pretty sure I visited this building, I had a friend live there briefly and she showed me all the amenities and rooftop. It was impressive but also felt very college campus/dorm like which is fine if you are in your early twenties. I’m in my 30s and don’t want to live in such a party atmosphere and live with rowdy partying twenty year olds.

This was a weird of for you-usually I’m not disappointed
Literally thinking all of these same things! Like really? You don’t know Roberta’s, man? It used to have a Michelin starred restaurant called Blanca in it! Syndicated Theater is right there and as Kayla mentioned, the JMZ is much closer.
WOW , you never have to leave home for entertainment and to work out. Just love ‘you can take a bath in here and not regret it’... Cash always brings me a much needed chuckle...
The area is called Bushwick but if you go past Bushwick ave(to the left) the area turns into Williamsburg . I've passed that building before many times but never knew it had all those things inside. I'm amazed at how much stuff you can do in there I don't think I would leave my apartment since everything is inside. I like the finishings of the studio versus the 2 bedroom
Beacon’s Closet is a well-known used clothing/consignment store. The neighborhood and Beacon’s definitely add to the appeal of this incredible building! As always, thank you, Cash🙏🏼👍🏻
The one bedroom looks like a dorm room. But with all of those amenities, I would think that is a dream apartment if you are a sociable, young professional. Would need for that pool to be open though. I saw they had a coffe shop but a small restaurant or cafeteria would even be better. Never have to cook.
I must say this, Cash. With all due respect to my husband and your wife, you’re very good looking, sir. I love your videos. They make me want to give up country life for NYC!!!
The 2 bed is definitely the best apartment and building you’ve ever shown, and the only one I would actually consider renting. 😂 Although, the area looks run down and dangerous, but I wouldn’t need to leave the building with all those amenities!
I love the studio; certainly an affordable cost for NYC. Assuming all the amenities are functional now even better. As long as those extra fees have come down. Pet friendly is awesome as well.
I love the design and all the amenities. the one thing that would bug me is the floor to ceiling windows , with a "door" that only opens a couple of inches for fresh air I respect it's for safety, so no-one falls out, but wouldn't allow much airflow
smaller gaps like that actually allow for stronger airflow even if there isn't much wind, but you need cross ventilation for it to work, so open the 2 farthest windows.
Of all the high price places in New York, this is the only one I was like, "oh yeah, I pay that!" You should keep a studio on reserve for me in case I go crazy and move to New York.
One of the best buildings in NYC. Love the 2 bedroom apt. Was that part of a sign blocking the windows? Nevertheless, I love it!! The neighborhood is another story altogether. Definitely need a car. You do not want to be walking around at night nor relying on the miserable L train..lol. Then again, if you live here, do you have to leave the building for anything? I don't think so...lol
Good afternoon Cash. I really love this upload. But I feel sorry for the New Yorkers who don't have a lot of money, because it looks like every house or apartment is going to be out of our reach. It's like they are purposely making housing that only the rich can afford. Which is really sad, because in the end we are all going to end up in the same place up or down and up doesn't have VIP, down probably has different torture sections but I doubt it's fun.
1) It’s not even close to BedStuy. It’s at the intersection of East Williamsburg and Bushwick. 2) It’s Roberta’s not Roberto’s, and that place is an NYC institution not a restaurant. It’s a compound of a building, with bar, restaurant, and even a wedding venue that costs $30K+. 3) The outdoor dining was closed that day, but the restaurant is Momo Sushi Shack and it’s a very quaint space with great food. Jordan, you have to stop hating on neighborhoods. It’s very negative and isn’t doing you or the viewers any good.

Hell…… an apartment in New York that’s probably correctly priced. I mean hell, it doesn’t matter if you have the studio because of all the other spaces and entertainment provided for you in the building. All together that’s probably what I would be willing to pay.
The reason the apartments are so reasonably priced may be because the neighborhood looks a bit rough. The two apartments are terrific and the building's amenities (I love that pool!) are top notch, though.
This place is unreal! Beautiful apartments and great amenities; the only thing is with the second apartment's floor-to-ceiling windows (especially the one that opens like a door); I think that is an accident/tragedy waiting to happen (for a child/ill person)--hope and pray not. 😮😢😨😨😨😨
Skyscrapers are required to have a fresh air supply in each apt.,and those windows he showed only open 3 inches.(I've seen 60th floor apts that have small windows that open.I'd not go near 1.The apt or a window in 1)

Honestly usually the ammenities im not really impressed by, but wow that place literally has anything u could imagine, a rock wall and swing chairs ???? Whatttttt ?!?!? thats awesomee. I love itt id actually want to live there. And the pool is really pretty reminds me of like indian or middle eastern inspired architecture
The amenities are not included in the price
The pool is actually Renaissance inspired. Do you pay for access per individual amenity, or do you pay a lump sum forr access to all amenities, all or nothing?
PLEASE bring back the screen showing the location on a map (doesn't have to be apple maps if it's difficult) !!!
like so Cash sees!
It's 123 Melrose Street
This is 54 Noll Street in Bushwick.
What's not to love? I agree with other comments that the 2 bedroom should have had at least its own balcony. The amenities are definitely 1st class.
The location is pretty far from Manhattan, especially midtown.
Location location location...
"Warehouse district" and might be a whole massive construction situation outside with what is seen out the window in the studio.
At first glance both apartments look amazing, as do the amenities. Unfortunately, there's always a catch if something seems too good to be true.
Yeah sounds like the amenities all come at extra cost and he's upselling the crap out of the area
I can always tell when builders are going for people under 40. Because the style of the buildings always look like a dorm/student center. lol It’s very nice though 🙌🏾
I was thinking that too, especially the studio apartments.
Under 30* lol
@@jamesavery3727 who under 30 has 2000$ a month for a studio?!
@@LucasFernandez-fk8se I’m NYC?
Quite a few.
Now this is one apartment I would absolutely live in.. and never leave ;) The amenities are amazing!
Very nice place, you never have to leave the building!!!
Sweet
Oh my goodness, I must be watching too many of these videos because at the price of the studio I thought, "Oooooh, that's not bad!" (It's double my current mortgage payment) lol
I love your videos, even if I live all the way in California and don't need a place to live.
I think you’ve got a winner here, Cash!
though i saw that there was a 300$ extra fee to use the amenities and 75$ extra to use the washer and dryer in the apts. gesssh!! .
Amenities not included in the price!
@@delovelydeb1 Is it for all of the amenities or you can choose which ones you want to use and pay for? If you can, it’s still great minus the laundry price. Like what if you don’t use the laundry? Can they take out the unit and not charge you?
this place is like an adult playground, imagine going downstairs to play in the arcade or rock climb bc you can
I lived a couple blocks away from this building from 2015-2016. That neighborhood was THE WORST if you had a job in the city you had to go to everyday. If you work from home or work in the neighborhood it wouldn't be that bad, but I do NOT recommend trying to live off the Morgan L and work anywhere in Manhattan.
ALSO LOL at you not knowing what Roberta's is... maybe they closed, but it was the posh hipster pizza spot for years in the early teens.

I live at the Denizen. You actually got my truck in your video. Living here is OK. The amenities are great, but there's a lot of restrictions! Oh and don't ever call BUSHWICK Bedstuy again!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I'm looking into it
1) Do you know if this is one of those 80/20 buildings? Are there a lot of rent-stabilized units in there?
2) Can you speak to the building demographics? Is it diverse or not diverse? Is it all young people? Families?
Thanks so much!
This apartment complex is just..WOW
Hmm... interesting and eclectic neighborhood.
How tf is 2250 for a studio a steal????? People need to move out of nyc, embarrassing
@@paulytetris8306 what’s embarrassing?? being able to afford a nice rent? that’s embarrassing? if you can’t afford it don’t live here simple as that buddy get your money up maybe one day you can pay for whatever apartment in whatever city you want like some of us already do😉
@@chacal811 Yep relatively speaking it's still an absolute steal for $2k studio in NYC.
A steal? That's more than people's monthly salaries
I love your humbleness and sense of humor
I’m pretty sure I visited this building, I had a friend live there briefly and she showed me all the amenities and rooftop. It was impressive but also felt very college campus/dorm like which is fine if you are in your early twenties. I’m in my 30s and don’t want to live in such a party atmosphere and live with rowdy partying twenty year olds.
This has to be the most amazing complex I've ever seen. Wow !!!!!
1) This is not AT ALL Bedstuy it’s Bushwick
2) That’s Roberta’s and it’s bomb
3) Did you not do any research ahead of time?
4) The apartment you visited is much closer to the JMZ line stop at Myrtle/Broadway -why did you choose the L train Morgan stop to start?
This was a weird of for you-usually I’m not disappointed
Literally thinking all of these same things! Like really? You don’t know Roberta’s, man? It used to have a Michelin starred restaurant called Blanca in it! Syndicated Theater is right there and as Kayla mentioned, the JMZ is much closer.
@@2kooldancin He did not do this neighborhood justice at all.
I’ve been to many rooftop parties in this building. It is SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL I’m glad u made this video now I can learn more ab the place
The Morgan Ave stop is in "East Williamsburg"/Bushwick. No way that's considered Bed-Stuy.
Wow!!! Makes me want to move from my quiet little house just for those sweeeeet amenities!!!!
I literally broke my lease to move out of this building but it’s amazing how your videos make it seem like a great place to live.
What happened? Was it really bad?
😳
@@TheSens_ Yeah...I wanna know also.

Beacon’s Closet is a well-known used clothing/consignment store. The neighborhood and Beacon’s definitely add to the appeal of this incredible building! As always, thank you, Cash🙏🏼👍🏻
I love when apartment buildings have things like Rock climbing and arcades and that they're literally always empty
The one bedroom looks like a dorm room. But with all of those amenities, I would think that is a dream apartment if you are a sociable, young professional. Would need for that pool to be open though. I saw they had a coffe shop but a small restaurant or cafeteria would even be better. Never have to cook.
The apartments are nice (except no built-in microwaves), but what really sold me was that pool! 😍
Amazing building and amenities, great video 😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I must say this, Cash. With all due respect to my husband and your wife, you’re very good looking, sir. I love your videos. They make me want to give up country life for NYC!!!
I only disagree with one thing you said...don't give up country life!
No way would I give up country life for that.
Amazing! Could never afford this but wow!!
Really great building, but with those prices I am glad I live in flyover country - but I do love watching these videos
WoW!!! Now that is luxury living!! Both apts looked beautiful!!
I love the design and all the amenities.
the one thing that would bug me is the floor to ceiling windows , with a "door" that only opens a couple of inches for fresh air
I respect it's for safety, so no-one falls out, but wouldn't allow much airflow
smaller gaps like that actually allow for stronger airflow even if there isn't much wind, but you need cross ventilation for it to work, so open the 2 farthest windows.
Serious question, are the amenities extra?
I used to live a few blocks over on Troutman. Love the neighborhood!
It's great that you always show what the neighborhood is like.
This building is so awesome, there is no reason to leave. The pool alone would make live there!
nice, but I would not like the steel beams blocking the windows in the second apartment.
This is the best apartment I've ever seen! An arcade and bowling alley? 😍😍

Moves in and never leaves, love that building :) 😍😍😍
Good afternoon Cash. I really love this upload. But I feel sorry for the New Yorkers who don't have a lot of money, because it looks like every house or apartment is going to be out of our reach. It's like they are purposely making housing that only the rich can afford. Which is really sad, because in the end we are all going to end up in the same place up or down and up doesn't have VIP, down probably has different torture sections but I doubt it's fun.
Wow! The building amenities are amazing. I would have never imagined a place like this in Brooklyn. Thanks for sharing.
Wow it would feel like I was on vacation 365 days a year. Now what are the costs of the amenities ❤

That's probably the best apartment gym I've seen in these channels. Most gyms don't even have a true squat rack, let alone auto belay walls.
Maybe interview someone who lives in the neighborhood? That’d be highly entertaining and more informative for everyone.

Hell…… an apartment in New York that’s probably correctly priced. I mean hell, it doesn’t matter if you have the studio because of all the other spaces and entertainment provided for you in the building. All together that’s probably what I would be willing to pay.
There's a really good bbq place near there called arrogant swine. It's the only place in the city where I can get Eastern NC style BBQ.
The reason the apartments are so reasonably priced may be because the neighborhood looks a bit rough. The two apartments are terrific and the building's amenities (I love that pool!) are top notch, though.
I hope they've installed steel shutters on the front of the building for the next American-Maoist riot.
I was thinkig the same. The flats are nicely done, but I'll pass.

This place is unreal! Beautiful apartments and great amenities; the only thing is with the second apartment's floor-to-ceiling windows (especially the one that opens like a door); I think that is an accident/tragedy waiting to happen (for a child/ill person)--hope and pray not. 😮😢😨😨😨😨
Skyscrapers are required to have a fresh air supply in each apt.,and those windows he showed only open 3 inches.(I've seen 60th floor apts that have small windows that open.I'd not go near 1.The apt or a window in 1)
Bed Sty is the place that UPS didn't deliver to in the late 1970's to early 1980's because it was deemed to unsafe. Not much has changed except for attempts at gentrification.
Love the studio!!! That’s a steal! I mean, the building is equipped to survive a pandemic, if it were to surge again. God forbid! You just never know.
The only thing is that most luxury buildings shut down all their amenities during the pandemic and residents still had to pay their normal prices.
@@DailyRants89 Oh, you're right! I moved into my studio apartment during the pandemic and I've recently found out that my building DOES have a pool and a gathering area but have been closed since.
