I am planning on spending the month of December 2025 in Thailand. 1/2 in Chang Mai and 1/2 in Jomtien. Thanks for the budget update. You are 110% correct on the quality of a Thai massage. I was there in December 2024 and had 2 massages that were great.
your right on about renting a bike in Thailand anywhere. I was thinking that would be what I do if I move to Thailand, but after just visiting Thailand, I have reconsidered. There is no way I would survive riding a bike every day in that country. Grab worked out really well for me while I was there, I think I would stick to that even if it was more long term. Also, the Khao Soy in Chiang Mai was great and cheap! Chiang Mai was great and I'm glad I explored it. Thanks for your advice on places to see.
FYI, No.3 dTac is now combined with No.2 True Mobile to become one company but still operates separate brand service for the next few years before it will eventually be only True. The combined company's customers are now neck and neck with No.1 AIS, and of course the coverage of the combined company is as good as AIS.
Would you recommend a 1 year lease and then run airbnb from this when you are away? Or is it too much hassle. Great video, you are really stepping up the value of the content! Greetings from Denmark :)
I saw some people are leasing their condo on fb group. I’m not sure if that’s legal on airbnb though, so you might want to double check on that. And thank you!

I am curious...but the strong pollution during the "burning season" will definitely have me looking into other countries.
