Here we talk about the #9061 Rambler’s Legacy bag where I show you one in both Currant and Black with Silver Nickel Hardware. The black happens to be a China made bag and still lovely!
Interesting. Now I need to find your thoughts on the China made bags. My rambler is the only China made vintage Coach I own. It's also my only "vintage" coach that is not technically vintage (February 2005) and I probably bought it in 2008 at a flea market. Wild!
I personally like the China made ‘Classic Vintage Style’ bags. As I mentioned, the leather differs across the year, lol the factories and even the bag style. It’s still better than what is remade or produced now.
If you messaged me on Poshmark I messaged you back;) This color (currant) is hard to find and I don’t believe I have ever seen it in Burgandy with silver hardware and though it can be found in Black with silver nickel hardware easily.
Both are nice but the original never got popular like the legacy did. 1998 being almost 25 years old is deff considered vintage when it comes to purses. Where do you sell would love to check you out and buy one of your beautiful goodies
Oh yes 1998 is definitely Vintage! This bag has many technically non Vintage ones based on the year (at least through 2005) but I also find these bags lovely. I saw someone use the term ‘classic style’ for these bags and I like that. Classic style and technique but not actually Vintage. I cannot appreciate any special features or true ‘rhyme’ to this line. At this time, I’m not qualified to truly answer that question. With continued research I may find something that gives more of an answer to this question!
