I have European Hornets in my yard right now that are clearly bigger than 1.5 inches and some could easily touch 3 inches.

    So I Liked that but there are two things I should say. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
First, European hornets are *not* pests and if you don't threat their nest, they won't attack.
    - - - - - - - - -Second thing, letting hornets or wasps to live in your garden isn't a bad idea. They hunt a lot of pests such as caterpillars, horseflies and flies. Natural pest control is always *much better* than using insecticides which may harm the nature and often cause honeybees to die. Wasps may kill a few honeybees, but if there are European hornets, they will reduce the numbers of wasps and other European hornets. European hornet colonies are usually strong enough to defeat Asian giant hornet attack groups.

To get rid of the Japanese Giant Hornets or Murder Wasps you put sticky fly or mouse trap paper out on top a honey bee hive box. Catch a Japanese Giant Hornets or Murder Wasps with a net and place it on the sticky fly or mouse trap paper. Once the first wasp is stuck, it will send out hormones attracting others. In a few hours you will have most of the wasps in that area trapped. Here's a video of the Japanese Giant Wasp.

Asian Giant Hornets are killing entire hives of honey bees. Are these products safe to use around bees?

How to use south-korean 'murder hornet' trap. It's easy to make but effective.
    1. Cut a third of PET beverage bottle(2L recommended).
    2. Put the cut part(top of the PET bottle) upside down into the other cut part(bottom of the PET bottle).
    3. Fill up a quarter of the bottle with Makgeolli(Korean rice brew-you can buy it from H mart or some asian marts).
    4. Put the MH traps near your house or somewhere you need
    That's it.
You can find huge MH bodies in it.
MHs like alcohol while bees don't
** I haven't tried this with any other brew or alcohol cause I live in South Korea.
If someone tries with another type of drink and it works, share the information plz.

MHs summon their family with their own communication channel especially one of them got in danger.
      This means,
one MH got trapped -> the other MHs are called to die in the trap(very naturally, without hesitation)

Sounds doable, thanks. What is an alternative for the Korean rice brew - I'm not in the US.

Has anyone tried this stuff and does it really work? I have been plagued by European hornets for years and been stung many times. Just got nailed tonite on the neck of my neck. No one can ever find a nest which makes me believe it's on someone else's property. So tired of these little F'rs.

No need to use chemicals to polute the enviroment like this. You dont gain anything by using chemicals killing all the insect in your surroundings. Biological diversity is important. Use flypaper like the japaneese farmes do- there is videos showing this on youtube. This video omly wants to sell you poisinous chemicals.
