@@Frantiqdrummer Of course, Ayreon is an astronomical project in terms of talent. However, even among these geniuses Mills stands out because of his creativity and execution. Thank you Marcel for nailing the solo Arjen's so proud of but would hate to have to practice to play it live! Beautiful performance. The ending, with Marcela and Irene's new vocal harmony, made me cry a little.
Thank you Arjen for this. When Anneke started with „this is not over“ I literally cried from being overwhelmed by joy. Not many artists and not many songs can do that for me.
This makes my eyes FLOOD! Oh I am so glad I found this creation back in the early 2000's. This is what music is all about, talent from across all areas of the world.
I will always be amazed with AA Lucassen work. Once again tears dropped after listening to all these artists performances. It is just beautiful, the amount of talent required to sound this good, so cohesive so in sync. This is on my bucket list, I got to see of this shows life. But the most important thing in my opinion, is it that you can tell that they are enjoying themselves a lot while they performed, and that's is transferred to the audience. So grateful to follow this band and AAL, big way to keep the great music alive.
I think this is what comes across most - the positive vibes from the stage. It feels like even though almost every person there is metal royalty, there are no egos and they're all enjoying each other as much as the audience.
I'm totally convinced that WE MUST PROTECT this material, it shows everything a human being is capable of doing not just well but in EXCELLENCE, like seeing THE BEST orchestra in the universe. We must package it and send it outer space as the only proof humans existed and they could achieve this level of magnificence, for aliens to see, even a million years from now. Everyone grab your copy, is the only thing we need in case of the collapse of the human race and the internet. My ears are blessed everytime I hear AYREON. 🙌🏽🙏🏽⭐
I was sooo nervous when I saw that there was a "The Day That The World Breaks Down" live version because its one of my favorite Ayreon songs and I was tought about its complexity and how I never had expected it to be played live... and then, every moment watching the video I was expecting something to not go so well and I simply had a great blast the whole video because it went so perfect the whole time! Amaaaaazing!!!
My condition isn’t sufficient enough to go to this concert but man that’s a waste. This is the pinnacle of metal. What a beautiful performance and everyone look beautiful.
This is the first Ayreon material I have ever seen or listened to. I can honestly say it’s the greatest thing I have ever witnessed. Respect to all involved in this!

Just brillant. Every artist was incredible, Marcela and Irene make such an amazing duo, Maggy is incredible... I'm still crying tears of joy, specially with Mike Mills' section, it's just impressive. Seeing it now in TH-cam isn't less spectacular than seeing it live :P
Marcela & Irene are always impressive. Two of the greatest voices in prog or metal. Must admit I had a very low opinion of Maggy's performance on the "Ayreon Universe" dvd from a couple years back - but she seems much improved here and shows she can do something more than just the gravely voice.
It was soo cool when they rocked this track live, I never thought this was possible on stage but Arjen and his amazing crew did it and it was perfect. It is still my favourite track ever and I was so happy to have been there to experience this. Alarm is set, I just know that this will be the highlight of the day. Thanks Arjen 😊
To this day I am still in disbelief that I had the pleasure to follow a course on a piece of automation software with five other people, of which one was MARCEL!? I could not believe my eyes that I did that course with the live guitarist of one of my childhood to adulthood favourites in music. And I'm used to A LOT mind you having lived with my stepfather for 30 years that played in 013 and cover bands and recently got a signed copy of Supersonic Revolution AT OUR HOME!
All the artists were brilliant on stage be it singers or musicians. But, I hope there will be a performance where the Valkyrie sings the closing part....😃Marcella and Irene are fantastic of course
Funny, the voice I missed the most from the original was Michael Eriksen. His "Together" in particular is so unique. But of course Anneke did a lovely rendition as well.
I just received this Blu-ray concert video today via Amazon , I am looking forward to watching this and also viewing it with fellow Rock fans of mine on holiday. OMG ! Once again mind blown ! They all are INCREDIBLE ! I was wondering who would step in Floor's feet ... and then Irene and Marcella's ending came. AMAZING ! Another masterpiece from Monsieur Lucassen ! And once more ... how I wish I was there 😥!

It's cleary the best what Arjen has ever written, don't change my mind. And this performance is simply perfect!
Arjen I am begging you, on my knees, get Daniel Gildenlow on an album again! I am rediscovering my love for Pain of Salvation right now and without you they would not be in my live
OMG! What a great show! What a great musicianship!!!
There cannot exist sufficient applause for this performance.
First minute and I'm already wondered by Damian's rendition and emotion. I'm glad he's in all of the shows so far.
Same here man. The whole performance is surreal.
My god it's unbelievably good - Jaycee can do anyone, what a talented singer.
One of the best song in the history of music!!
This makes my eyes FLOOD! Oh I am so glad I found this creation back in the early 2000's. This is what music is all about, talent from across all areas of the world.
The studio is prepared for the evening 😀🤘🏻

OMG ANNEKE IS FLAWLESS!!!
🙌🏽🙏🏽⭐
WOW... WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOOOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am from Brazil.. I love Ayreon
This is the first Ayreon material I have ever seen or listened to. I can honestly say it’s the greatest thing I have ever witnessed. Respect to all involved in this!
Sparkling Anneke 😍
Happy birthday Arjen
Anneke's voice into Marcel's guitar makes me tear up and involuntarily throw up the horns.
Just came came home after a nice workout. I took a shower, got myself a cup of coffee and sat down to relax. First thing I see is this.. Now I am so hyped again that I have plenty of energy to repeat that workout!. Lets goooo!.
I so love Anneke.
Incredible song, incredible musicians, incredible singers, incredible quality, incredible EVERYTHING
Thank you Arjen
Damn! Nailed the live version. Can't wait to get the BluRay of this show!
Oh man, I was there with my parents. What a show. And this song is something else. I love Damien's singing, and got to meet him afterwards, cool dude.
Genius! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Thank you for the music, Maestro!
I love how you pull so much talent from around the world and give it its moment to shine. You are a very lucky hard working man. Just wish the industry was rewarding you properly....like the old days but I guess we are where we are. This is just incredible, superb and awe inspiring all in one.
I love this song either way but this version is just perfection! Anneke and Maggie were a PERFECT fit for those parts! So happy I was there!
Amazing! Really nice to see Anneke. Congrats!
I cried, again... ❤
ANNNEEEEEKEEEEEE!!!!!!
the best progressive metal band ever!!! I love U
Hoping Floor and Tommy are fully available in sept 2025, 60 years to go till the end of everything...
OH MY FUCKING GOD! THIS IS PURE GOLD! THE ENDING WITH MARCELA AND IRENE WHAT A BLAST...THEY DID IT!
I just received this Blu-ray concert video today via Amazon , I am looking forward to watching this and also viewing it with fellow Rock fans of mine on holiday. I also have Ayreon Universe also to watch , so I will make a ayreon day of watching these talented performers . Wow, this concert looks very professional , well shot , and great clarity in the audio and instrumental playing , distinct vocals well placed and centered. I believe this is a high quality , top notch like other Ayreon productions .
Ahhh.. It all comes back (how I spent 12mins 43 seconds last sept)
Had the pleasure of seeing 3 of the 5 shows... and it still surprises and delights.... and made a grown man cry
Great live performance! Kudos to Arjen and the whole crew! This is the hardest song I covered and I'm proud to know Arjen in this lifetime ❤
This is magic, pure and simple
❤❤❤ Ich liebe diese Band über alles!!!😊😊😊
Unglaublich oder? Ich habe die DVD bestellt und freue mich seit Wochen soooooo drauf!!!
