Just did a similar job last week on the rear right door. I think it took me around 20minutes just to get that cromed ring piece off without braking it.
I think every vehicle I've ever bought, I've replaced the woofer speakers even if they haven't failed. You have to figure they're going to be tired, not to mention obsolete, after all this time.
There are rubber repair kits available from China with the correct glue to fix those speakers. Without the repair those speakers would be horrible to listen to. Most people would just buy standard 6.5" speakers to replace them. P.S, I want the turbo and all hoses etc for the V6! The Turbo version I don't think made it to Australia. Get the plastic trim tools on Ali for about $5. Will make your life a lot easier. P.S I have the same as the Silver 156 you have there , except mine is an 2.5L automatic Busso V6.
Thanks for watching. I've sent the speakers to be totally rebuilt to the factory. It's not expensive and they present themselves totally new, preserving the original set.
@@alfaromeonoproblem Well done. Fantastic service you provide your customers. I did notice that the 166 has a much better inner door water protection compared to the 156. A 166 here in Oz is worth nothing. Can't give them away. I'm one of the last 156's left on the road. All of them have gone to the 'wrecking-yard in the sky'.
@@alfaromeonoproblem That's Castor you're talking about. The factory says a slight tor-out because they are assuming poor maintenance. If you keep your car in good 'nic', then zero deg ie. straight ahead is correct and minimizes tire wear. You're right. But it's called Castor for toe-in etc.
This mechanism is like the one found in my E36 coupe I used to have. Every other car, included my other BMWs, have had bowden cables. Those speaker covers are a bugger. They feel like they are going to explode when you're removing them.
Although I don’t own a Alfa, I really enjoy watching these videos.
Thanks for that. It really means the world to me
Very helpful. Thanks
Thanks for watching
Very useful thanks Bruno

@doraexplora9046 thanks for your words
👍👏
Já teve casos de bomba de vácuo com fuga em motores JTD?
Olá. Com fuga de vácuo não. Com fuga de óleo sim e feno dois videos para tal
I take it of with the window open. Its easier. Then you can still close it afterwards
Thanks for the tip
Have you fixed the excess camber that afflicts 166 front.?
What do you mean by 'excessive'? What's it in standard form? 1.5Deg would be fine.
Normally I prevent tire ware with zero at toe in/out.

@doraexplora9046 I'm trying to translate from Portuguese to English, sorry
😬
Nice job. Now, the idiots placed rivets on the Giulietta. So if you want to replace any window lift, good luck. There are no more bolts! WHY!?
It's common practice in most makes and models now...
