    Bush baby. O, I remember as a kid the fear our parents put in our minds not to go out at night else bush babies will catch us😂. O, that scary cry at night that sounds like that of a newborn is still fresh on my head. These days development has made it hard to find bush babies here in Nigeria. Back in the 90s you could hear them cry almost every night.

      Wouldn't the real term be Big Day Apes?

    • @RiverGem
      @RiverGem ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ipeqi According to Wikipedia: 1) bush babies are called nagapies (meaning "night monkeys") in the Afrikaans language, and 2) monkeys have tails and apes do not.

    These bushbabies (komba in Kiswahili) like to drink coconut wine up the coconut tree and threw down the empty jug kept by the winer tapper! Sometimes they drink too much they can not go down the tree they fall down!!

    When it looked at the camera I literally said "Hi!" Out loud and so enthusiastically, my friend legit took my phone from my hands to see who I was talking to. 😂 That aside, they are so cute! ♥️
