    Hello! I just came across (and subscribed) to your channel. Beautiful projects! Thank you for sharing; I needed some inspiration! As I sew today, I will be watching your previous videos. Your front porch area is so charming. I actually have a few small vintage chick feeders that do not have the jar portion on them. I use them for air plants. Now I feel the need to go get one (with jar) to use as you have for candy. Enjoy your day.

    You have an eye for decorating. Everything looks so beautiful! Where do you get all of your cute trucks?

  • @annm8680
    @annm8680 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I thought the truck quilt was appliquéd. So cute. I had no idea it was a panel. The lunch box is a no brainer.
    Your sister is very clever, like you. My clever sister was hooked on cross stitch by me just as the pandemic started in March 2020. She has been a master quilter since the 80s.
    I’ve been tempted by Lori Holt’s Great Granny Square quilt. Now you’ve sealed the deal. Where did you get the pattern? Did you buy her book or buy an individual pattern?
    I am cross stitching a skirt for a half doll after seeing one on Linen and Scraps Flosstube #3 at 21 minutes. I had no idea about these vintage pincushion dolls. I thought you would appreciate them because of your love for vintage/antique.
    Another flosstube I like for the same reason I watch you is Mountain Crafts Studio.

    • @pigtailquiltingstitching5635
      @pigtailquiltingstitching5635  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ann, thank you for letting me know about the other flosstube. I will for sure check both of them out. I watched Fat Quarter Shop Great Granny Squared Sew Along video they have and Kimberly gives out all the fabric measurements for the quilt she is doing. I am following what she is doing for sashing, and boarders and binding. I have had the book along time as I have made this pattern several times. It goes together so nice. Keep me posted if you decide to make it. I can’t wait to watch the flosstube you suggested!

    Love your video’s! Could your sister tell us the size of the circle Thatcher she used for scissor holder?Also where she got the canvas bags and what size they were? Did she make them? Love all you do and waiting for more videos! Happy Fourth!
