Man out of all the hundreds if not thousands of cars you’ve featured on your channel, I think this one here is one of the top 10 if not 5. It looks sweet , sounds sweet and it just plain works.
"No, I converted it to a stick" "God bless you for that!" Laughed my a** off. Truer words never spoken!! I love me some mid "60's" Fords! A screaming small block is icing on the cake!! Keep the great content coming!
Going to second this comment! We need a good balance of garage built labors of love and professional shops making it look easy. Loved hearing this Mustang rip through those canyons!
A lot of ppl are brainwashed into thinking 500hp is slow.. That's honestly to me very good street power and entry to mid level track driving power...Good build and review..👍🏾🏁
there are cars doing track racing with 260 HP, such as the GTI so I am not sure why you say entry to mid on 500 HP. Drag cars can go ahead and outdo each other, but track-driving is more about turning. The Civic Type R is 300 HP roughly and does great on the track.
@@jamesmedina2062ok well let me get you to understand "my opinion of some ppl".. Production cars these days are a lot faster.. Especially if they are American. Cars that at very competitive on the Optima Series and driving very Competitively are usually above 500hp. So I said Entry to mid level because that power level is plenty for a driver to learn and progress with.. I'm sorry if you don't agree but as a guy that drives a mid car that around 450 or so to me it's entry mid range these days if you want to be competitive. Also it's more reliable in the power range..Higher HP breaks often and is not as streetable..These are just opinions..I love road racing and Optima street car challenge racing..So my opinion is based upon that..I hope that gives you some understanding.
Yes, fans ARE brainwashed into thinking 500bhp is slow. Who does the brainwashing you ask? Every magazine, youboob video (like this channel) etc. championing 1,000hp cars. They exist, they are out there, and they are constantly under repair as they break things...just like real race cars needing constant engine teardowns and replacement of half the valvetrain. But in a unibody car this light, yes, 500bhp is fine on a public road.
I love it bro, I think you got the Mustang bug in your system. I've had it for 40 years. I can't get enough of those old muscle cars, especially the 60's Mustangs
You have cars and trucks people can only dream of. It's the only podcast I watch every show. Classy and ask all the questions I think of when I see the car plus more.
I love the pony cars that remind me of early A Sedan, SCCA Trans Am series cars. This build is amazing! Excellent work! I’m going to watch again before bed
BY THOR that is THEE old school muscle car sound, sounds like morning coffee and cigarettes, and a midnight toke mixed all together!!, this is amazing, Sean your videos are top notch I hope you see this, this is not some stretched boring video, it is a concise professional well thought out video, enjoy your evening!!.
Damn you guys are nailing these shoots! I love the garage builds. I really enjoy seeing the talent. This thing rips! I sounds like a throaty pissed off bee. Thank man! Great car
Mad Bullitt vibes with this one! Close your eyes, listen to the drive and you would swear you were watching this car rip the streets of the city. Well done to the builder and Shaun for featuring this one! Keep them coming guys!!
That’s the ONE area I’ll let myself mix brands is with paint colours. Sometimes the right one is just made by someone else and who gives a damn! F8 looks fantastic on the car and for once I got to learn something new about the Mustang, never even knew about that roof! I absolutely love it!!
I owned a "67 California Special in 1979-1982. Pumped 302 making 500HP/525FTLBS of torque. It's funny how he set his car up is basically exactly how I did mine back then. The way he pegs the petal to the floor and the car squats and just flat gets it reminds me of my Ole car. I was running a Holley Carb on mine but would have been so cool to have the Sniper setup. Great car Sir!!
Can’t beat a big block but I really love the sound of a high revving small block like this. That thing sounds bitchin! That vinyl top is crazy, I’ve never seen that before, super cool looking and incredible that it’s lasted this long 👍
Gotta give these beautiful coupes some love! Very well sorted machine. I didn't think a T5 could handle 500 hp to the wheels. Torque must be 500 or better...Awesome work!
@@andre49ersTremec and Borg Warner both manufactured the T5. And no, a T5 is not safe at 500 wheel without an aftermarket gear set and other stuff. A TKO or 3650 would be a better choice. Regardless, this car absolutely does not make 500 wheel.
Have to admit this is only the 2nd time, i like a mustang coupe. Instantly that roof reminds of that black ghost challenger with it's gator-vinyl. Contemporary-Nostalgia. 👍🏽 Normally it's front: check. Backend: ahshit. This guy with his+ Sound?: Check. Yup! That'll do
Oh man, that's nice! I've only ever seen photos of the Branded Mustangs in the old (RIP) Mustang Monthly magazine. So cool and so rare....and the rest of the build is superb! And what a noise!
Great build, great sound and great color! Kevin, great job, true bad ass car. Shawn, your enthusiasm on this build shows your true love for a simple old school bad ass American classic! Really nice video guys!
Restored my faith here brother. Old school v8 revving to infinity so cool after that last video of a rotary being revved like a diesel. Love your work man.
Quote of the year..'FFFFF anyone who doesnt think 500 is enough at the tyres' ! Hell yeah and a stick shift as well. The wwwooooah dude ! got me. Most of us have felt that LOL Great car. To many over powered cars tht spend most of their time in in wheel spin on the street once over 800 these days. A nicely built car with good suspension that is over 450 ponies will give you all the fun you need on the street.
That thing is killer, and a garage build to boot? Best example of what determination and a willingness to learn some craft can do. Makes me more and more excited for the garage built 69 Camaro (Gen 5 LT1/Tremec T56 Magnum) I have been working on for the last 7 years to be driveable. Videos like this keep me going. Class A build man!
It’s awesome to see driver cars! So many awesome builds that just sit around and maybe get trailered to a show once or twice a year. Drivers cars are where it’s at.
Man out of all the hundreds if not thousands of cars you’ve featured on your channel, I think this one here is one of the top 10 if not 5. It looks sweet , sounds sweet and it just plain works.
This is the best car channel for featuring rides hands down. This build is insane man
Facts its amazing
LIKE I ALWAYS SAY.... 347s ARE DIFFERENT
"No, I converted it to a stick"
"God bless you for that!" Laughed my a** off. Truer words never spoken!!
I love me some mid "60's" Fords! A screaming small block is icing on the cake!!

Bad ass car with the perfect color!!!!
Kevin: _High speed pass?"_
Shawn: _Hell yeah!_
Tore it up! This things is gorgeous and gnarly in such a tasteful way.
Damn, this channel doesn’t disappoint! What a build!
Engine, paint, hood, vinyl top, wheels... the sound as it rips down the road... awesome all the way around🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Is it just me or does this Mustang sound like it should be chasing a black Charger up & down the hills of San Fran 🤔
Or leading. That’s a bad ass car 👀 & I’m a Mopar guy 100%
True but as a fastback 390GT. Bullitt forever!
Classic.... Steve
You can really tell Kevin has a lot of passion for his build, love to see it and awesome build!!
I just love these cars especially knowing that it is a garage built. The car just sound sweet shifting through the gears!!!
Sweet, Nice to see the "non-professional" builds... Keep 'em coming!
Going to second this comment! We need a good balance of garage built labors of love and professional shops making it look easy. Loved hearing this Mustang rip through those canyons!
This is probably the sexiest mustang I’ve ever seen. Masterpiece
Learn something new everyday, never heard of a "branded" Mustang until now. Love the build.

Its mostly young trolls who have never owned or built anything say that.
All they know is some number from a video game.
Who is brainwashed to think that? And why? And how are they brainwashed into thinking that? What would be the purpose of it..?

That is one wicked sounding Not-a-Camaro. Pulls like a freight train. Looks hot too!

This channel has featured so many super cool Mustangs.
I love the pony cars that remind me of early A Sedan, SCCA Trans Am series cars. This build is amazing! Excellent work! I’m going to watch again before bed
i had to watch it twice aswell LOL !!! Man that's a good sounding machine !!
Wow love it. 347 is a bad motor. She sounds good as well thanks again…👍🏾
That Mustang rips - love the exhaust
The sound that X-Pipe gives never gets old.
sure put a smile on my face. watch a lot of these videos from this channel but this one has to be in the top ones ever on the channel
Sits right, moves right: Nice job!
Right, that's it! This car has inspired me to get my mustang to the next level. That is one helluva beast!
I'll be 67 in a few months always wanted a streetcar. I don't care what brand just a fast one
Get the brand new Mustang mach 1 or the Shelby
Cant go wrong with e preloved GT350. Best sounding engine and exquisite handling.
@16:18. That tyre fitment is on the money. Such a kick ass car. Well done.
That opening scene, hot diggity he was booting. The whole drive to, loved it Shaun. Cheers
That exhaust between shifts is just lovely. Bullitt 2024
It’s hard for a Mustang to be different…. But this one sure is different…. Nice work
Damn you guys are nailing these shoots! I love the garage builds. I really enjoy seeing the talent. This thing rips! I sounds like a throaty pissed off bee. Thank man! Great car
Just a classy car without going crazy. Like most folks here, thumbs up from me! Credit to owner.
That car sounds amazing.
That high speed fly by🔥

I absolutely love it!!
I was looking to see if anyone else was talking about the roof that was the first thing I noticed was that roof.
Wow what a car
God Damn !!!! that is sweet perfection right there , the sound gave me chills lol
We need to see more of these awesome garage builds!
I owned a "67 California Special in 1979-1982. Pumped 302 making 500HP/525FTLBS of torque. It's funny how he set his car up is basically exactly how I did mine back then. Cool except the CA Special Mustang was a one year only model in 1968.
Can’t beat a big block but I really love the sound of a high revving small block like this. That thing sounds bitchin! That vinyl top is crazy, I’ve never seen that before, super cool looking and incredible that it’s lasted this long 👍
it would rev better if it was a 289 or 302, but this is more of a torque motor
Gotta give these beautiful coupes some love! Very well sorted machine. I didn't think a T5 could handle 500 hp to the wheels. Torque must be 500 or better...Awesome work!
He put a tremec t5 behind it. Those handle alot more tq

This could possibly dyno at 550 horses and that's its max. To the wheels it is more likely in the 4's
@@jamesmedina2062 The low 4s.
@@jamesmedina2062 Done a few of those and 550 I highly doubt.
Doesnt matter at the end of the day
Killer mustang! I really like the 67-68 body style, and it sounds sick!
"High speed pass?" Yes!!!!!!👍
I really like that engine choice. Perfect for this ‘67
Wow what a amazing looking Ford and that sounds wow....😊
Beautiful looking and sounding mustang!
Amazing well built classic with a crazy soundtrack.
Now that’s a great car! Impressive.
That car is like the older brother of my '23 green GT, I love that thing so much.
You ask good questions and have such an engaging demeanor, and a super LA accent, love this channel. Oh and the cars, hell yeah!
Have to admit this is only the 2nd time, i like a mustang coupe. Instantly that roof reminds of that black ghost challenger with it's gator-vinyl. Contemporary-Nostalgia. 👍🏽
Normally it's front: check. Backend: ahshit.
This guy with his+ Sound?: Check. Yup! That'll do
Dude this thing is sweet!! Never seen a vinyl top like that one. Love it!!!
This is the kind of car I hope to see every time a new episode drops.
Oh man, that's nice! I've only ever seen photos of the Branded Mustangs in the old (RIP) Mustang Monthly magazine. So cool and so rare....and the rest of the build is superb! And what a noise!
Sounds amazing.
awesome car. Love the 347 with Tremec.
I hope that I'm able to drive a car like that in my lifetime. Love the builds that still stick to a vintage theme. So cool.
"Tower ...this is Mustang...requesting a fly bye..."...😳🤣🤣🤣 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great build, great sound and great color! Kevin, great job, true bad ass car. Shawn, your enthusiasm on this build shows your true love for a simple old school bad ass American classic! Really nice video guys!
Love it!! Awesome car! Awesome story! I'm diggin' the green, too!
What a beauty! That hood, the colour and the vinyl top.
I love the stance!
Cant wait to finish my own '66
Steve McQueen spinning in his grave somewhere.. literally the best sounding Mustang I've ever heard.. video game shit
Thank You for such an awesome ride and a walk down memory lane.
In high school I had a 67 Coupe with a 427 small block, Auto, 9" with 3.89
Man that thing sings!! And looks incredible!! Best car on the channel this year WOW WOW WOW!! Fan from the UK 🇬🇧👍👍
Damn. All the vehicles sound, and look great in all the videos 🔥
Ok, to date...this is bad ass! Yes, I'd take this out of most of the cars you've shown. This is just done right!
I'm a firm believer of built not bought. Nice choice Shawn. The early Mustangs are the best. Awesome car!!!
This car is badass
Restored my faith here brother.
Old school v8 revving to infinity so cool after that last video of a rotary being revved like a diesel.
Love your work man.
Great car. The paint absolutely looks immaculate. I was initially not liking the top till I heard the history. Love it.

Agree!! Im into cars that hook decent power. Spinning, burnouts dont do anything for me
Have a 347 built by CREB as well in our '68 Bullitt tribute. Great builder.
I am a Camaro man but I have to say that mustang is bad ass. And the perfect power to have fun. Love the color too.
Wow😎 what an awesome build. Had a smile on my face the entire video, especially the driving part. Beautiful Mustang.🇺🇸
God bless you guys and your videos! They always put a smile on my face. Now if only I can get an engine like that for my 66 fastback 😢
That’s a gorgeous car, love everything he did and didn’t do. Perfect driver that can also go to a show
Perfection. Pure and simple.

That thing just RIPS! Thanks for that one, awesome build!
347 stroker just hits a different tone that calls to me, what a beautiful car !
Bad ass of a build. Color is stunning. You dont need much more that that to have fun.
Glad to know I’m not the only one with a 67 mustang without a gas pedal.. just the metal rod is all I’ve ever had to! Just got used to it
Thank you for keeping the great classics alive. Excellent work. Bravo!
Great Stang, love it. You should get the full Marti report.
Kevin, perfectly done. Great build.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. THAT IS A BADASS DAILY DRIVER!!!!
Well you learn something new everyday I guess, because I had no idea about the branded vinyl tops being an option. Nice ride and video man.
This is my favorite level of customization. Keep the classic look and feel of the car, but it's super reliable, drivable, and fast!
