You know. When I first started making quilts, others encouraged me to sketch the designs to build up the muscle memory. Little by little, those rough sketches started looking like art. Drawing patterns is a lot of fun and I encourage you to do more of it. ❤
Ooooh! Julie, that's *GORGEOUS!! YUMMY!* 💕😊👍 This is so reminiscent of when you were doing blooms daily and this is even prettier! 😍 Center is perfect! 😘
WOW!! This one really shows your talent!!! Gorgeous design and lovely colors. Absolutely breathtaking!!! I love this. Your video is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your talent.
I love it! It so beautiful. It looks like the flower is coming out of the green background. The green is beautiful as well. I love when you create. Have a blessed day 🥰🥰🥰
Omg your work is second to none every piece you create turns out like a master piece. How I wish that I lived near you so you can teach your everything that is have learnt over the years. You design awesome moulds and works of art just adore your channel. ❤
That is STUNNING! I love the green background. It’s perfect for the colors of the flower. The sparkling pink center is just the right touch. When you turned it over to the right side, my eyes were immediately drawn to that brilliant pink center. Then finally, I was mesmerized by the way the flower petals sank in and raised out. I just loved the whole piece❣️❤️
That sage background worked out beautifully, I adore that shade of green--my living room is painted a slightly darker shade of sage. The bloom worked out very well, I think, and altogether it's very pretty. Well done, Julie! ❣
I like the green background. Pretty color combination. You give me so many ideas, you are so talented. I look forward to watching you and your videos every day. ❤️
I recently started using resin and it's because watching you motivated me. I tried my first clock today. Hopefully it turns out OK. It was very difficult with measuring how much is actually needed. Watching you is an inspiration. That you so much for sharing with us all.
Very lovely. I have watched all of your loom ideas and I have everything I need but I am so nervous and I don't know why. Maybe today will be the day I bloom enough to make a bloom.
Really pretty! If you want to make red pointsettia blooms, Michelle at Glitz 'N Glitter did one by dropping red alcohol ink and a few drops of green on the outside, and she did concentric circles with her white and the lines out and alternating ones in, and it looked just like a pointsettia.😊
I like it! It makes me wonder if it would work with red (larger loop) pointed petals (or a very dark pink), with gold glitter center, and the green background, for a 3D Poinsettia bloom. Maybe green "creases", or darker red? Great design!

I think sketching what you want to do is a great idea, especially when there's a time restraint and you can't mess around for ages.

It’s a bit funny, now that you mention. My home colors include pastel sage and deep red. Sort of the opposite of this piece, if you think about it.
