Should that button say "click here" or "learn more"? Will the layout of your homepage materially impact app downloads? Have a hunch about how to describe that new feature that you'd like to test out right away? Instead of going with your gut (or worse, going with a committee's consensus), let data drive your product development, marketing decisions, and site layout.

I WANT ANSWERS
I always questioned this approach discussed at 19:19 from Amazon of making it difficult to go back from the purchase page. I still think it is a mistake as customers may need to see the total cost before proceeding to select more items. or may want to see if there are shipping discounts in selecting more items. I still wonder if this is optimal on Amazon's part. It seems to be a premature narrowing of the funnel. I suspect that the control used is invalid and fails to consider game theory aspects but that is just my random and un-scientific musings extracted from an orifice du jour.

Wow, I'm at about 1/5 of this video and the video tells an original true story behind the success of Obama campaign. Highly recommend to everyone who runs web services to bring somewhat similar success into his business.
