The improvement in sound (funky music) was noticeable even on my laptop with its poor sound quality. Hence, it must sound f-ing good in reality! Providing the price breakdown was informative/helpful. Enjoy your vids.

Great work guys. Only improvement I would make is to add the USB and USB C to a modified ashtray section.
Great video here. There's very little info on the rear speakers for the cabrio. This provides us with an abundance of information. I will be upgrading with Focal as Im very happy with the Focals in my X5.

Love these m3 e46 is one to have would love one ☝️
For me 3 to 4K is a high end system 😂 I spent just £700 upgrading the system on my Z4 that included 8 speakers 2 subs 2 amps plus all wiring etc installed by myself and kept the original head unit, oh and that included a MMI box to give Apple Car Play on the CIC idrive. Sounds thousand times better than the stock base 6 speaker system, I am sure it would sound better still with higher end components but 2 to 3k better, I am not so sure!

Question. I have a 4 x 45w head unit, front comps and rear coaxial speakers and there's a bit of distortion at the higher volume. Might sound a wierd question, but would adding an amplifier to these speakers to put them nearer their rating improve this?
I have a sub actually fitted in my ski hatch pointing into the car running off a single chanel vibe amp. Works fine.
Nice. You should have built a bandpass enclosure firing through the ski hatch. That way all of the bass will fire into the car.

I really wish you'd show and discuss speaker selection and fitment, handling the bmw wiring and connectors, amp selection. Instead this is just entertainment. 😞

We do not sell the brackets yet but will do at some point 👊🏻

head unit looks crap with such a big bezel around it .EONON units fir much nicer
The warranty, slow software, poor user-interface and zero customer support is the reason why many car audio dealers do not sell EONON units. Hence the reason why EONON stereos tend to be only available on ebay from sellers across the other side of the world! We only stock, sell and recommend branded products.
