I know that pain. It's extremely hard to find cards out here in Tooele county Utah. Even the only card shop here has no sealed product.

I had to HIDE MINE when I went to target! I didn't know then it was only one pack buy per person.... I hid a second ghosts from the past pack behind some kids toys so hopefully it'd be there when I was able to buy it again.. IT WAS!!

Whatever area he's in has always been far too fruitful. Older Larry in the hole episodes his Walmarts and targets were basically OTS stores.
My local retails have a limit of one per customer, might be why
Pokémon cards get sold out within hours, same with yugioh, it’s insane at how fast it’s gone

Also, envious that you guys can find packs it’s really hard to find some in my area at all without driving like an hour away

It had been over 16 years since I've purchased (or should I say my parents purchased) a Yu-Gi-Oh pack. Thanks to y'all's vids that fire in me is once again rekindled . Today I purchased 10 boosters and a few singles to kick restart my collection. Thank you Team APS for all the quality uploads and reminding me of how great this community can be. 🤟

I've watched a ton of pack opening videos/streams and the concept/execution of Larry in the Hole is by far the most entertaining and I don't even play Yugioh. I'm a Magic player. I haven't even touched Yugioh in a decade and y'all are getting me interested back in it again! xD

My last opening was epic and I’ll forever regret not filming, but I’ll tell the tale here anyways.
I was quite depressed one week so I went around and bought a few boxes of what was left from GFTP from my retail stores. Didn’t pull anything great but my wife let me get more than we planned to and it helped me.
At the end of that week I had a day to go to my locals so I could sort my newer cards into my boxes. I spent 4 hours or so doing that while my wife got her haircut. Didn’t plan to buy anything.
I was just wrapping up and ready to walk out the door when the clerk who knew I buy Yugioh said “hey someone just cancelled their GFTP preorder if you wanna buy these 2 boxes. I was so close to saying “nah, already bought a lot this week, I’m happy.” But we got it and with it, a Lost Art promo and 2 tournament packs. I saved them to open at home cuz I was like “nothing special gonna be in there I just want some more of this and that from it”.
Well we got home and I opened the tournament pack (of which I’ve opened Seeeeveral this season to naught but junk essentially) and I pulled the Ultimate Rare Armed Dragon LV10, my first ever armed dragon lv10 pull at all! I was ecstatic. Wife loved seeing me happy. So I was like that’s awesome, definitely nothing in the gftp then lol
Wrong, also pulled the Blue Eyes Alternative White Dragon.
$34 very well spent. My third or fourth thought was “wow I really wish I filmed that to show Larry in the hole”.
Absolutely amazed that there have only been 18 episodes so far; feels like so much more.

I've never played this game in my life. I stumbled into this channel from a DragonBall video. 2020, and 2021 have been nuts and there's something I really appreciate about a group of blerds being so joyfull. Thank you for the distractions Team APS.
My brother store has taken it down because of fights, threatening employees. Its crazy. Glad u were able to find stuff.
Seriously my area it’s not that popular so my local store carries them every so often I can’t imagine people ever fighting over them. For point of reference about how popular card games are in my area the only comic book store doesn’t carry any, GameStop nada, Target zilch, and Walmart sometimes.

Wow! I’m surprised your Walmart actually had stuff. I went to my Walmart about a week or so ago and they didn’t have anything Pokémon or Yugioh. Even Magic was low for whatever reason. Hopefully they restock and don’t become one of “those” stores that stop entirely.
Well,...it was like they restocked the Magic, but forgot to restock the Pokémon and Yugioh. It looked a bit different from last time with a few new things, but otherwise not a single Yugioh card or Pokémon card in sight. Even GameStop had nothing. I hope they’ll have lightning overdrive for people when it comes out, but I’m doubtful.
Have you tried checking Rite-aid or any pharmacy near you?

Back when I was a kid and had tons of these old Yugioh cards, I made a full dragon deck made of only dragon type monsters bc I didn’t have any clue how to play. What was my favorite card back then that I have fond memories of back in the day was Hyozanryu, and seeing it get pulled just made my day
I pulled the ghost rare DM like a month ago. It was amazing. Came back a PSA 7 which isn't TOO bad with how many flaws these ghost rares seem to have. My friend was a bit jealous so he bought a couple displays and when we opened them, he pulled the BLS. Even with the defects and how hard it is to even find the boxes, I'm loving my luck with GFTP lol.

I've been playing Yugioh Legacy Of The Duelist LE for sometime now and your vids pushed me to decide to go into the physical card game; I've almost finished building my first deck which is a Virtual World deck and I plan on testing it out at a local tournament once its finished
