You're at least trying, which is more than most native english speakers could say for themselves. Plus as far as I can tell you're getting quite a lot right, despite me not being too big on portuguese aswell. Great content anyways!
@@andraskurucz839 I'm usually a lot more particular about this, scouring through commentary in the native language to practice the correct way. But I got a little overwhelmed this time around!

What Diniz is doing there in real life is really exciting. And great to see John Kennedy pop up with the winner the other day! Hopefully you can kick on and put up serious competition in the league this year!
I don't think you're alone in that regard! It was actually planned to be part of this video, but ended up wanting to go into so much detail that it would've killed any flow. It deserves it's own space!!

Great video. I recently managed Corinthians for two full seasons in a global journeyman save I’m doing. We played every single game in every competition we competed in across those two seasons: 164 games. So when you say it was exhausting, I get you.
@@mustermannfmI really wanted that Copa Libertadores, and I didn’t get a crack at that until season two. It’s the only reason I hung around beyond season one!
Fantastic video as always sire! I honestly don’t know that I’ll ever bring myself to manage in Brazil due to the sheer amount of games, but maybe one day I’ll see the light! Although not the point of the video, I am intrigued by your use of a Carrilero in a positive system. Granted I last tried on FM21, long before positional play was introduced, but I found that because they had a positive individual mentality they often didn’t provide the defensive protection I was looking for. Instead of the carrilero I’ve often dropped the midfielder on that side back to DM and used a role there to make them cover the full back.
I love the carrilero so much. They are basically just a CM imitating a crab. Their lateral movement is in both directions, so they can be super useful as that kind of bridge between defence and attack without being too defensive. Indeed, I only find them useful defensively in transition - and that's just because they tend to be wide enough to pursue if there is a counter attack down their side, but otherwise they settle into the defensive duties of a central midfielder.
I must admit, I don't think I have the mental capacity to keep up with the rules. I follow NFL and NBA so it shouldn't be that much of a jump, but for some reason all the MLS exemptions confuse me!
Great content! Always learning a lot and open new thinkings. By the way, what’s the color scheme of this? It’s looks a bit more comprehensive than the default one

I’ve just finished rebuilding Bordeaux and I’m currently struggling to find a new save that I can stay fully interested in, any ideas on a team or challenge?
Counter intuitively, I'd suggest playing other games for a while. If nothing is quite sticking, you probably just need a break/stop trying to force it. Alternatively, pick a single season challenge. Find a team who struggled in some regards - maybe they were unexpectedly relegated, maybe they just generally underperformed, and see if you can improve their fortunes for just one season. Dortmund, Napoli, etc... are some obvious choices. That way you're not committing yourself to something long term. If at the end of the season you feel like continuing you can. Otherwise you can leave it without feeling like it's another abandoned save, because you never committed in the first place 😂
Great vid! but i gotta say. It's pretty low hanging fruit of a joke that you didn't do to john kennedy there. At least you did say "... shots taken" when mentioning him 😅
He had an unfortunate position in the squad. All the name based jokes seemed to be amongst attacking players so I had to exercise some restraint/keep some balance 😭
You need to check out Brasilian Fury's video!! You might end up more confused, but at least you'll be entertained! th-cam.com/video/QjXjNq_7eEk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=eHSVQtYS3i9OVWCm
I'd argue that you're overthinking it here. Sure, Moneyball was about trying to compete in the uneven financial environment of the MLB, but at its heart, this series is just about using data to assess players and find some relatively underrated players 🤣
@@hungotuan4431 yeah, agree with mustermann. In my view, relationisim is more related to football tactics (how a football going to play on pitch) while moneyball related to how to acquire or discover players (hopefully on the cheap) that perform well in important metrics regardless his world reputation, etc.
