I dropped by the Headquarters in BC from Ontario to enquire about my ebike on Sept 9th and was told it would be delivered to my home by Sept 16th. ( in person & by email) Followed up on Sept 23rd - not shipped Sept 27th - called and the ebike was just shipped, got an email with a tracking number but the number is invalid. Returned the email but no reply. Oct 1st- where is the ebike? I sure hope the ebike is better than the customer service because the service is terrible!
