    Dr. Dispenza explains the brain mechanics and how we can implement these fundamental practices...he is a very, very intelligent human being. What stands out is the way he engages to the listener. He is gentle and friendly; which resonates profoundly. Who wants a teacher that doesn't smile and laugh?!?
    Human beings are more apt to pay attention to a person that speaks to them from a place of equality.

    I used this technique on my children and I have to say that after a few weeks I have noticed a great improvement in their attitude around the house. My wife & I are ecstatic! This technique has allowed them to see & accept their flaws instead of getting frustrated and fighting them. They've become so much more aware of themselves and it has made the homework process so much more streamlined...a blessing I'm sure any parent will tell you is near impossible to achieve.

    Mindblowing to hear someone talking about kids in this way. Let’s imagine already today that this is the future. What if this could be the kind of coaching that everyone would get when having newborn babies going to parental groups. And what if this could be part of the teaching for future teachers. :) Thank you Joe for sharing your insights.

    I wish my parents had this skill. I had to learn this on my own by trial and error. What a gift of knowledge Dr. Dispenza possesses in sharing with all of us if we are only willing to listen.

    There's a high pitch sound coming through on the audio. It's very noticeable with headphones. I'd like to listen to this video but I just can't with the high pitch sound.

    English isn’t my first language but I was fascinated by his ted talks speech. It’s so engrossing that I’ve been listening over and over. He’s really a intellectually inspirational speaker. The technology we have today advances so fast. If we don’t update and upscale our mind, we will soon become the product of this indoctrinated society. Our evolution starts from our mind.

    The part that I've never figured out is: once you're emotionally mature, how do you keep from being a victim?

    • @sandrallewellyn2632
      @sandrallewellyn2632 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wouldn't one who is emotionally mature automatically be disposed to not being a victim?

    • @mariaconceicaogomes6973
      @mariaconceicaogomes6973 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      understanding that you are the creator of your life! so... just change your vibration and understand what is that you are wining with being a victim!

    • @anitrahooper5031
      @anitrahooper5031 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Words I heard today that help shift from victim thinking to empowering perspective; "Life is happening FOR us, not TO us." Tony Robbins.
      If you remember that every moment & situation arises to help us grow, reflect, &/ or remember, even if you struggle to see it in that instance. One way I try to shift to this way of thinking is to ask, "what can I learn in this moment?" Just yesterday, I asked & realized that I needed to just be in the moment, not stress on the future or be frustrated by the past. I was able to shift my emotions & every minute that I chose to stay in the present moment, I felt better.
      I hope that helps.

    • @gloriaiarango
      @gloriaiarango 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      NYC Match. Those are opposite, if you feel a victim, you are not emotionally mature. Stop being a victim is a decision and an understanding that nobody is a victim, we are just players in a game where we are entangled with each other learning through those experiences exactly that: we are not victims. That person was there to teach you that but it's up to you to take the challenge and win it through forgiveness and acceptance. Blessings.

      for me what matters is he is full of love and I don't think evil would thrive in him.
      and that religious labels can be stereotypical and separating into selfness identity instead of the selflessness of God's love.
      one thing I know is God is no respect or of persons

    I love when he is talking.
    But I'm not in to people, who are not transparent.
    He has children is traveling around the world, most of his lifetime.
    And nobody knows nothing about, that there is no wife around.
    Who raised, his children up?
    In general, I don't make myself golden calf. Means I'm not getting deep into peoples knowlegde, I dont even know.
    And Mr Dispenza is speaking about brain science, like it's a fact.
    Please do me a favor, go to a brain scientist and ask him.
    In science, we never talk about facts, everything is theorie.
    Even the exident, Mr. Dispenza is talking about, there is no prove that this exident even happened.
    And don't get me wrong, to hide his family from public... but only the mother from his children?!
    No point here.
    To talk about theories, as facts, only to make your point more solid... strange?!
    And caution, I'm not saying he can't help anyone... the believe can move mountains.
    For me he is a preacher, and talking about God only in modern clothes.
    And caution, a man who say he is simple... noone is simple😁
    Today millions are made, from people we don't even know.
    And they are don't even transparent, with there life's.
    A parent to teach there children something, there musst be trust.
    And trust you develop through transpency.
    As long he is talking alone, without the woman... who gave birth to his children and grow them up mostly alone (his work gives him no much space)
    I don't believe him a thing, because half of the family is missing.
    He is not transparent, he is not acting, what he is teaching.
