I always wondered why my hands and fingers would get tingly and slightly lift on their own. Its an amazing feeling when you are connected. So much love and energy. I have almost healed my chronic back pain due to bulging disc and lumbar stenosis. My back pain has went from an 8 to a 2 ( scale from 1-10) in a matter of a couple of months due to this power connection. Blessings just keep on happening and I am so grateful.
I had the hand tingling happen to me for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was during the ‘You are the Placebo’ meditation, caught me off guard as I wasn’t really expecting something like that to happen. When I was still a religious Christian, I came out of “the American church“ about 10 years ago, I could heal people with my hands and my words. Coming out of the religious system, it was confusing to me to know what was right and what was wrong, because I was told that “new agers“ where of the devil, etc. I’m watching this video now, and it makes total sense that people would feel “heat come from my hands“ when I would “Lay hands” on them, which is a biblical thing, for those who don’t know. Thank you for this video post. Very encouraging to know that there is a reason I can still do this to people, but I am trying to figure out exactly how it’s happening, what the source is, etc.
The source is still the same. It is God Which is pure energy. ( Best way to explain the unexplainable) I grew up in the Christian church Full Gospel Pentecostal. The other side of family was Native American spirituality. I was lucky to have both because I experienced God in both. Yet the church would say Native ways were evil, an the Native way would say I belonged on the Red Road. What I found was a Love for God/ Creator and all was the same if you went beyond Mans Idea and straight to the source . Seems to me it is about Surrender the mind and Feel through the heart and watch the miracles happen. Where it comes from is beyond thinking it is the warmth and the Love coursing though you.. Then it becomes you. Have gratitude for your church and all the Good it unsealed within you. A gift you received straight from Source beyond religion yet religion helped you get there. ❤

Secondly, I learned about unconditional love because of “the church“, and I learned how to be “religious“ and do all “the right things“, and in 2009 I started teaching in multiple countries that there is no hell, and what the original languages actually said when the Catholic church inserted words like “hell“ and “eternal“, neither of which are found anywhere in Scripture in the original languages. They are both made up. So the good news is I have no fear of “God“, or whatever you want to call it, but I still have a very personal relationship with this source, or energy.
Yep! I just commented that I heard Oral Roberts would train people to lay hands on the sick by telling the healers "Don't touch anybody until you are ready to release your faith." This must be what he was talking about. I see this now when I watch "religious" guys lay hands on people and sometimes those being healed fall over. I wonder if this frequency (they call it anointing) is so powerful it actually knocks some people backwards? Thanks for your interesting observations! (Don't forget...in the Bible when people didn't understand the miracles he was performing, they said about Jesus "Now we KNOW he has a devil!") People try to explain things in ways they can understand so it doesn't scare them or warp their current mind frame.

I have been having lots of sycronicitys. I have felt this feeling of oneness felt like my heart blew open and this overwhelming love and bliss was out of this world I felt it eminating out of me . Today I was driving and something made me look up and I was in awe I seen tiny bright stars 🌟 falling out of this small cloud I know it’s hard to believe but it happened I feel so connected to the universe x

By pressing fingers, and as well hugs, holding hands, the energie is moved in to a circle. I find this very useful as well for the heart. Turns on back the energie in the cells. And uplifts the frequency. Turning on is tuning in and the Ease is flowing. TY
Your hands and arms are an extension of your heart drive. Creating massive abilities of change. I have many souls who have no physical issues ones they experience this awareness I like to say The heart drive is power and when opened miracles happen now expect them every day and watch them become normal on every level. I really appreciate this man’s work. I’m sure Dr Joe knows this but isn’t quite saying it... This isn’t just “connecting” “energy” Energy alone doesn’t just heal. If you stick something in the electrical socket in your home, you will get energy but will likely die from electrocution. My point is the energy in the field is all alive, active, and is created by design. Again, energy alone doesn’t heal. It is the intentional design from the Creator who has put the systems and fine-tuning in place. It requires information and programming to receive and transmit these healings. Any information will always demand for an information giver. Let me give you an analogy. Say for example you have 500 hundred items in a storage all disorganized in chaos. Then suddenly everything is organized, placed neatly, and goes where it belongs. Would you say to yourself “energy alone did this by itself” or would logic tell you there was “intentionality and a brilliant mind behind this”? This is the same thing when we administer self-healing and healing for someone else tapping into this field of energy or the supernatural realm. We don’t know how it works but we know someone was behind the creation of it. We are simply just discovering it. This leads to finding out who the creator is and to give that person the credit for which is deserved in humility and thankfulness. I’ve been doing divine healing through the name of Jesus for about 2 years now as a Christian. During the earlier portion of this activity, I though this is only possible for “believers” or Christians. I am discovering that God has given this gift of healing to all people who would simply believe with their mind, body and spirit. An alignment of all 3 and the universal healing will be released from the spiritual realm translated into the natural. From the hundreds of healings that I have done, administered, and witnessed, there’s one thing though that I’ve experienced and it missing from Dr Joe’s teaching and what people are afraid to speak about. Because I’ve laid hands in prayer for healing for so many, I have had multiple people who have manifested demons. People who have actually had curses and spells put on them and suffering from pain. Doing some of my experiences I’ve witnessed pain in people’s body shifting and moving around. Let me say this straight... pain does not move around! I have had to do several exorcisms and through this, I have seen lame people walk, suicidal, depressed people get set free in the mind etc... I have learned that the spiritual realm contains spiritual entities including angels and demons. I have learned and discovered that the gospel is the most accurate account of how to do deal with healing and demonic activities. This isn't about religion. The whole point of this is that we all can do it, therefore adding man made religion like Jesus Christ isn't nessessary nor does it make a difference. Trust me, Jesus isn't who the Bible says he was, it was intentionally crafted by man to get us human being worshiping something other than our creator, so that the power hungary elites can continue to control our minds and our behaviors, and so they can become God's or Godlike. Don't let them constrict u. See how u assumed only "in the name of Jesus" could someone be healed. That was put inside your head for a specific reason, so we would not wake up and realize that God made us all the same and we are amazing and unique. Not so we could worship some man that supposedly was brought to earth in a "special & completley different way than all the rest 9f us. And they try to sell to u that God "needed" to create him to help us humans out with sin...well why would God make us humans then make sin that's there to temp us, and that we will ALL fall victim to, plus we could be sent to this firery pit by our FATHER if we don't live our life for him, and (Jesus) which are supposed to be the same thing...look, that's not what MY God is all about... He made us all equally and we are not supposed to be a certain man made religion in order to possibly make it to heaven. LIFE WAS NOT MADE BY GOD FOR ANY IF THIS RELIGION CRAP. Just look into it. Don't waste your time energy and life worshiping anything. I was raised being taken to church by my grandmother mostly from the time I was a baby. Now let me say that over the years I experienced different religions through foster family, relatives of different religions and even Mormon as a young adult. It led to me not believing in religion because of the different rules and practice of each religion so I learned young that none of these can agree with eachother and My God did not mean this confusion and chaos. However I DO BELIEVE that we have a creator, a heavenly father firmly and I believe that JESUS did exist and that he tried to show us the possibilities and that is why he was murdered. The only time I've ever felt the tingling that man spoke of is when I've been in worship in the Pentecostal church and non denominational churches during which we all sang and prayed together or when I have turned on Christ based songs and I've prayed in full worship. I have actually experienced that tingling throughout my whole being to the point my face and lips would even go numb while grateful tears flooded my face. That is one way I KNOW that heavenly father exists. I have many testimonials that drop jaws and still tear me eyes up as I recount the moments with joy and confirmation. Our creators love is sooo strong I've witnessed those who even faint during intense worship and every time I've witnessed a huge emotional shift afterwards in all of them. Happy, energized and overjoyed!!!
Wow, love the question. I was doing a 30 minute seated breath session (alternate nostril to 9 breath - last 9 breath was actually a 30 breath). On the final retention, my entire body started to vibrate and both of my arms raised on their own to where my hands crossed my chest. That was such an amazing experience. My spine became totally aligned with an energy I’ve never before felt. I felt as if I could touch the soul of others.
Mate I kind of started like that were my hands would cross each other & then it escalated beyond anything that I could have ever imagined... If you just give over to the energy as I did it created a fully spinning Merkabah & all within a Star of David which I can see & feel.... At one stage I had beams of light coming from my palms I felt like some sort of super being plus my right hand would go into some sort of speed writing things into the air in front of me plus go onto to moving energy from varies points in the body... Now I feel as though I exist in some sort of magical si fi world.... Synchronicity's are off the chart..... It's a wild ride matey.
So breathing, for extended period of time causes your body to vibrate? I tried to meditate for the first time today and practiced my breathing, but for whatever reason, the breathing in took a while for me to breathe longer, turns out I had shallow breathing. Once i started to breath longer everything was fine, then every time I had to exhale I would end it by yawning uncontrollably every time or I would get dizzy on and off. Then I worried that I would just fall asleep, this tends to happen every time I close my eyes for extended period of time, especially if not thinking or looking at something and it's so hard to think of nothing. I don't know how to do meditation:(
I feel the pulses going through my hands when I am still and meditating. It is the coolest sensation ever. I’m so glad that gentleman asked that question because I did not know what I was experiencing.

Receptors are the 5 senses. What ever we experience comes through them, they are the doorways to experience and impressions that become memories which then become thoughts... that become habits ecc. This is in the VEDAS. Thanks for putting it in a different words along your talks.
This reminded me of hearing about "faith healers" who touch people (lay hands on the sick and they recover). Oral Roberts, when training new healers, would say "Don't touch ANYBODY until you are ready to release your faith!" This is the frequency of healing he was talking about. I really like that Dr Joe explains the "science" behind these things. Anyone who doubts this is real just has to look up Kirlian Photography" and you can see this energy captured in photos.
A few days ago I started seeing energy while meditating. I freaked out a bit and it disappeared.. obviously.. I'm a silly sausage freaking out about things that are absolutely natural haha.. O well.. I'm on my path anyway.. :):)
Lol, you have seen nothing yet. Meditate for 2 hours daily and you will expreince some very mystical shit you will never believe it if am gonna tell you about it! You will start to see this all world in a diffrent way. If you are lazy, listen to one of his meditations and repeat it for 2 hours. Lord have mercy ! You will freak out if you are cowered and don't know how to submit to divin and trust the process. And the amount of the emotions and old shit that's gonna steer is intimidating and confusing . You will feel the energy move inside you in a very intense way! And you will want to just shut it and call it a day. Be brave, do it!

I love his brain and heart coherance meditation , breaking the habit of being you, and relief stress one. Just type dr. Joe meditations and downlod them. Download his breathing technique too and do it after the meditation. That's what I do. It totally healed me. Thanks lord. And I still do it and I never miss aday!
I'm almost a week in today with the meditations, and I experienced this last night. I was working on the energy centers and trying to fill them with energy from the hearth. And I didn't feel anything, BUT when I really focused on my breath, like REALLY intensively things started to change. My legs started to tingle, and got cold waves through them, building up to my fifth energy center. And all the way from my legs and up to the back of my neck I had muscle spasms reacting to the energy. It was so interesting and fun. After that it went down my arms to my hands, and OH MY GOD did it intensify. I understand what people were saying about touching a electric fence now, but this felt like being connected to something more supernatural than that. And it lasted for 5-10 minutes. My mattress was actually soaked after I was done. 😂 And the feeling I had was like being free. Kept on smiling all the way through saying "Wow, oh my god. It just keeps on intensifying. This feeling, it's inside me." I'm coming to the retreats. ❤ Have a supernatural day everyone.
To all of you, I consider buying his books it is the cheaper path or you can buy his progressive workshop or also look at gaia there are some of his teachings, and listen closely to every information because there is the source of information you need I watch every time when it is possible, because on youtube people will find only cuts of his teaching.. another view could be through somatic work: in somatic trauma release we often have tingling fingers or your head tingles or you have a deep yawn or feel energy moving through the body .. this is trapped emotional energy leaving your body which can become automatic in time when we experience an experience that feels stressful.I was in an AVP workshop in a mens medium security prison and as I sat in circle with these men I suddenly felt my feet and toes tingle - I knew it was stress leaving my body sooooo cool! During Dr Joe's meditations I often have deep yawns and I know this is trapped heart energy releasing and healing.

This talk makes me think of the children's song called "Thumbelina" from the film Hans Christian Anderson. The song was sung by Danny Kaye who played the lead role in the film and one of the lines for thumb sized Thumbelina is "when your heart is full of love you're nine feet tall." What expansion!
I love this man and all he’s doing for the world but I would love for someone to say no after the question “are you with me still” because I’m curious if he would actually rephrase what he said so beautifully AND more importantly, so simply. So it’s like: does he think the common person can’t understand it? Or is that a technique he picked up from a course on “engaging audiences”. Lol. :p

I have taught public speaking and communication, these fillers are akin to a comma...a pause in speaking...a space to allow for the speaker and the audience to gather their thoughts. I don’t believe it’s meant to be condescending at all, it’s similar to spacers and communication checkers, such as, “do you follow ?”. I have heard other teacher use. It’s definitely less irritating than many other umms, aahs, and likes, etc.
My Grandson's like to ask me to turn out the lights so they can see the energy that comes from my fingers. I have to be happy or feel good to do it. I shock myself and others with electricity shocks. It can be quite unnerving.
Isn't that normal. Me and my wife do that to each other's hands in dark all the time. Little blue and purple and red lights colliding in the middle between our hands...it's fun
@@clondesirena9867 it hapoens during the meditation and it can happen at other times. When you notice they are hot or tingly you know you can direct the energy for healing another either in front of you or at a distance.
This is what is called Reiki, Prana, qui, etc depending on the culture. We all have access and once we are open to it it can heal us, and also others! I am an energy channel (often called energy Healer but I'm not actually doing the healing I am only channeling the energy 😊

My son blows light bulbs when he has built up energy. During the 3yr old stage he blew over 20 light bulbs in one yr with his toddler tantrums. Had electricians out multiple times to check house, house was fine.
I have been studying healing, I am trained by Dolores Cannon. But Dolores explained exactly how healing works, and it can be summarized in one paragraph. You bypass the conscious mind, and you ask the subconscious mind to heal the body, and the healing occurs instantly, or very quickly over a period of hours or days. The subconscious mind contains all the memories, and has access to all possibilities, and there is: "Nothing that cannot be healed." This was according to Dolores Cannon. Her name used to be "Canon" before the 2016 September election, where we switched to a different Earth (see Mandela Effect). But I am confused about what the actual method is that Joe Dispenza is teaching. He is explaining interesting concepts, but I haven't heard him outline any simple methods for healing?
Yes, Jesus taught exactly the same thing. It’s knowledge that he was killed for. Now it’s being taught and spread again and there is no stopping the truth this time. Even the most evil are moving towards the light. There is no choice. Love wins.
Hands and fingers have this, they create something that feels like magnetic or electric connection/attraction/retraction, it depends on angles, shapes made with hands etc. No meditation is needed, it just works, but very hard to prove to others, because, I theorize, it greatly depends on the other person, some feel it, some don't. What to do, what to learn next? What are the ways to use this to help others?

So the good news is I have no fear of “God“, or whatever you want to call it, but I still have a very personal relationship with this source, or energy.

Yep! I just commented that I heard Oral Roberts would train people to lay hands on the sick by telling the healers "Don't touch anybody until you are ready to release your faith." This must be what he was talking about. I see this now when I watch "religious" guys lay hands on people and sometimes those being healed fall over. I wonder if this frequency (they call it anointing) is so powerful it actually knocks some people backwards? Thanks for your interesting observations! (Don't forget...in the Bible when people didn't understand the miracles he was performing, they said about Jesus "Now we KNOW he has a devil!") People try to explain things in ways they can understand so it doesn't scare them or warp their current mind frame.

By pressing fingers, and as well hugs, holding hands, the energie is moved in to a circle. I find this very useful as well for the heart. Turns on back the energie in the cells. And uplifts the frequency. Turning on is tuning in and the Ease is flowing. TY

This isn’t just “connecting” “energy”
Energy alone doesn’t just heal. If you stick something in the electrical socket in your home, you will get energy but will likely die from electrocution.
My point is the energy in the field is all alive, active, and is created by design. Again, energy alone doesn’t heal. It is the intentional design from the Creator who has put the systems and fine-tuning in place. It requires information and programming to receive and transmit these healings. Any information will always demand for an information giver.
Let me give you an analogy. Say for example you have 500 hundred items in a storage all disorganized in chaos. Then suddenly everything is organized, placed neatly, and goes where it belongs. Would you say to yourself “energy alone did this by itself” or would logic tell you there was “intentionality and a brilliant mind behind this”?
This is the same thing when we administer self-healing and healing for someone else tapping into this field of energy or the supernatural realm. We don’t know how it works but we know someone was behind the creation of it. We are simply just discovering it. This leads to finding out who the creator is and to give that person the credit for which is deserved in humility and thankfulness.
I’ve been doing divine healing through the name of Jesus for about 2 years now as a Christian. During the earlier portion of this activity, I though this is only possible for “believers” or Christians. I am discovering that God has given this gift of healing to all people who would simply believe with their mind, body and spirit. An alignment of all 3 and the universal healing will be released from the spiritual realm translated into the natural. From the hundreds of healings that I have done, administered, and witnessed, there’s one thing though that I’ve experienced and it missing from Dr Joe’s teaching and what people are afraid to speak about. Because I’ve laid hands in prayer for healing for so many, I have had multiple people who have manifested demons. People who have actually had curses and spells put on them and suffering from pain. Doing some of my experiences I’ve witnessed pain in people’s body shifting and moving around. Let me say this straight... pain does not move around! I have had to do several exorcisms and through this, I have seen lame people walk, suicidal, depressed people get set free in the mind etc... I have learned that the spiritual realm contains spiritual entities including angels and demons. I have learned and discovered that the gospel is the most accurate account of how to do deal with healing and demonic activities.
If some of you people who are seeking for answers I highly recommend watching “The Last Reformation” part 1 and 2.

This isn't about religion. The whole point of this is that we all can do it, therefore adding man made religion like Jesus Christ isn't nessessary nor does it make a difference. Trust me, Jesus isn't who the Bible says he was, it was intentionally crafted by man to get us human being worshiping something other than our creator, so that the power hungary elites can continue to control our minds and our behaviors, and so they can become God's or Godlike. That was put inside your head for a specific reason, so we would not wake up and realize that God made us all the same and we are amazing and unique. Not so we could worship some man that supposedly was brought to earth in a "special & completley different way than all the rest 9f us. And they try to sell to u that God "needed" to create him to help us humans out with sin...well why would God make us humans then make sin that's there to temp us, and that we will ALL fall victim to, plus we could be sent to this firery pit by our FATHER if we don't live our life for him, and (Jesus) which are supposed to be the same thing...look, that's not what MY God is all about... He made us all equally and we are not supposed to be a certain man made religion in order to possibly make it to heaven. LIFE WAS NOT MADE BY GOD FOR ANY IF THIS RELIGION CRAP. Just look into it. Don't waste your time energy and life worshiping anything. Better yourself, work on YPU everyday, not some made up man through a book that's been handled by several different discustingly rich and powerful people. Just think about it. ☮️☯️🔆😇

I was raised being taken to church by my grandmother mostly from the time I was a baby. Now let me say that over the years I experienced different religions through foster family, relatives of different religions and even Mormon as a young adult. It led to me not believing in religion because of the different rules and practice of each religion so I learned young that none of these can agree with eachother and My God did not mean this confusion and chaos. However I DO BELIEVE that we have a creator, a heavenly father firmly and I believe that JESUS did exist and that he tried to show us the possibilities and that is why he was murdered. The only time I've ever felt the tingling that man spoke of is when I've been in worship in the Pentecostal church and non denominational churches during which we all sang and prayed together or when I have turned on Christ based songs and I've prayed in full worship. I have actually experienced that tingling throughout my whole being to the point my face and lips would even go numb while grateful tears flooded my face. That is one way I KNOW that heavenly father exists. I have many testimonials that drop jaws and still tear me eyes up as I recount the moments with joy and confirmation. Our creators love is sooo strong I've witnessed those who even faint during intense worship and every time I've witnessed a huge emotional shift afterwards in all of them. Happy, energized and overjoyed!!!
Wow, love the question. I was doing a 30 minute seated breath session (alternate nostril to 9 breath - last 9 breath was actually a 30 breath). On the final retention, my entire body started to vibrate and both of my arms raised on their own to where my hands crossed my chest. That was such an amazing experience. My spine became totally aligned with an energy I’ve never before felt. I felt as if I could touch the soul of others.
Mate I kind of started like that were my hands would cross each other & then it escalated beyond anything that I could have ever imagined... If you just give over to the energy as I did it created a fully spinning Merkabah & all within a Star of David which I can see & feel.... At one stage I had beams of light coming from my palms I felt like some sort of super being plus my right hand would go into some sort of speed writing things into the air in front of me plus go onto to moving energy from varies points in the body... Now I feel as though I exist in some sort of magical si fi world.... Synchronicity's are off the chart..... It's a wild ride matey.
So breathing, for extended period of time causes your body to vibrate? I tried to meditate for the first time today and practiced my breathing, but for whatever reason, the breathing in took a while for me to breathe longer, turns out I had shallow breathing. Once i started to breath longer everything was fine, then every time I had to exhale I would end it by yawning uncontrollably every time or I would get dizzy on and off. Then I worried that I would just fall asleep, this tends to happen every time I close my eyes for extended period of time, especially if not thinking or looking at something and it's so hard to think of nothing. I don't know how to do meditation:(
I feel the pulses going through my hands when I am still and meditating. It is the coolest sensation ever. I’m so glad that gentleman asked that question because I did not know what I was experiencing.

A few days ago I started seeing energy while meditating. I freaked out a bit and it disappeared.. obviously.. I'm a silly sausage freaking out about things that are absolutely natural haha.. O well.. I'm on my path anyway.. :):)

Lol, you have seen nothing yet. Meditate for 2 hours daily and you will expreince some very mystical shit you will never believe it if am gonna tell you about it! You will start to see this all world in a diffrent way. If you are lazy, listen to one of his meditations and repeat it for 2 hours. Lord have mercy ! You will freak out if you are cowered and don't know how to submit to divin and trust the process. And the amount of the emotions and old shit that's gonna steer is intimidating and confusing . You will feel the energy move inside you in a very intense way! And you will want to just shut it and call it a day. Be brave, do it!

I'm almost a week in today with the meditations, and I experienced this last night.
I was working on the energy centers and trying to fill them with energy from the hearth. And I didn't feel anything, BUT when I really focused on my breath, like REALLY intensively things started to change. My legs started to tingle, and got cold waves through them, building up to my fifth energy center. And all the way from my legs and up to the back of my neck I had muscle spasms reacting to the energy. It was so interesting and fun. After that it went down my arms to my hands, and OH MY GOD did it intensify. I understand what people were saying about touching a electric fence now, but this felt like being connected to something more supernatural than that. And it lasted for 5-10 minutes. My mattress was actually soaked after I was done. 😂
And the feeling I had was like being free. Kept on smiling all the way through saying "Wow, oh my god. It just keeps on intensifying. This feeling, it's inside me."
I'm coming to the retreats. ❤

another view could be through somatic work: in somatic trauma release we often have tingling fingers or your head tingles or you have a deep yawn or feel energy moving through the body .. this is trapped emotional energy leaving your body which can become automatic in time when we experience an experience that feels stressful.I was in an AVP workshop in a mens medium security prison and as I sat in circle with these men I suddenly felt my feet and toes tingle - I knew it was stress leaving my body sooooo cool! During Dr Joe's meditations I often have deep yawns and I know this is trapped heart energy releasing and healing.

I have taught public speaking and communication, these fillers are akin to a comma...a pause in speaking...a space to allow for the speaker and the audience to gather their thoughts. I don’t believe it’s meant to be condescending at all, it’s similar to spacers and communication checkers, such as, “do you follow ?”. I have heard other teacher use. It’s definitely less irritating than many other umms, aahs, and likes, etc.

My Grandson's like to ask me to turn out the lights so they can see the energy that comes from my fingers. I have to be happy or feel good to do it. I shock myself and others with electricity shocks. It can be quite unnerving.

My son blows light bulbs when he has built up energy. During the 3yr old stage he blew over 20 light bulbs in one yr with his toddler tantrums. Had electricians out multiple times to check house, house was fine.

I have been studying healing, I am trained by Dolores Cannon. But Dolores explained exactly how healing works, and it can be summarized in one paragraph. You bypass the conscious mind, and you ask the subconscious mind to heal the body, and the healing occurs instantly, or very quickly over a period of hours or days. The subconscious mind contains all the memories, and has access to all possibilities, and there is: "Nothing that cannot be healed." This was according to Dolores Cannon. Her name used to be "Canon" before the 2016 September election, where we switched to a different Earth (see Mandela Effect). But I am confused about what the actual method is that Joe Dispenza is teaching. He is explaining interesting concepts, but I haven't heard him outline any simple methods for healing?

Hands and fingers have this, they create something that feels like magnetic or electric connection/attraction/retraction, it depends on angles, shapes made with hands etc. No meditation is needed, it just works, but very hard to prove to others, because, I theorize, it greatly depends on the other person, some feel it, some don't. What to do, what to learn next? What are the ways to use this to help others?
We are not "just" receptors, we are transmitters, too.
