Wow! So some sounds in Omnisphere sound off, is it because their overtones are not doubled ? What is timbre? Why is it that I play a sound at the same frequency as another sound and their overtones don’t overlap or resonate with each other, is it because they have different base multipliers of the original frequency? 2x, 3x, 4x, etc…
I don't get it. am I supposed to be comparing a note played with itself over time or the next note that's being played? cuz I don't hear anything other than the note itself
