All I needed to know was what was the extra wire on the led light bar coz a friend gave me one and off all the videos I watched yours was the best as I found out it's a dim bright control wire for the whole light system but the original Traxxas video didn't even have this explanation so brilliant stuff man your video kicked Traxxas light kit video ass🤩🤩🤩
So I'm just going to cut that wire but tell me if you would know the voltage input of the light bar as I tried 1S and it worked bright as day but if I connect it straight to the receiver with a 6V bec will that led bar burn?. Thanks dude 👌🏽😎👊🏽

What I don't undestand is why you need to conntect the red wire to receiver, when is already has a JST connector tha plugs into the ESC? Thank you !!

A good set of hex drivers will be what you need - I use MIP. They are expensive, but the tips last a lifetime!

How do u install the head and tail lights on the Tactical unit? do i have to drill holes?

This kit is more for the Defender body - you would need to make some modifications to get it into the Tactical Unit body.....

Where did u tie into for y splitter

Stuck into the side of the body with tape - you'll see it around 4:55 in the video - otherwise it just left a mess of wires everywhere!
