What kind of bit have you used for this? I own the proxxon 29020 set which they say is for wood and plastics... Do you think it will work on acrylic as well or should I look something else? In the proxxon specs they say "For wood, fibreboard and plastics" but will it work on something harder like the material you use? Thank you for responding

What speed have you used on this and did you experienced any overheat? I tried this accessory with some wooden cutter to make some work on some pine wood and it almost went on fire. I used the max speed on the ibs/e and went slowly and consistent but it still burned the wool like hell ... Smoke everywhere and the cutter wow... Red hot.

I use the lowest speed but the speed is not all, it's all about the depth, it's best to make a bunch of shallow easy passes instead of trying to make one deep pass. and yes these cutting bits do get red hot lol so it's best not to try and cut too deep and you don't have to use the highest speed
