can your scan tool give you live data. if so you can check your fuel pressure right there. the other option is if you can get a scan tool that can perform a power balance test to verify cylinder 2 is misfiring. if you can get a fuel pressure gauge on your fuel system to verify your pressure concern. from there you can go towards fuel concerns diag or spark and compression.
@@Ashhmsc okay based on that when was the last time you replaced the thermostat. in some cases the thermostat gets stuck open so the engine never really gets to operating temperatures so the PCM will adjust the fuel system to that, or check the wires to your temp sensors possibly damaged maybe even a bad temp sensor as well. check your coolant level, or any coolant leaks.

So you pointed at 63 but filled 30? I’m having probs with my 16 explorer. Says Low fuel pressure. & cylinder 2 misfire. Any thoughts?

It doesn’t say. All it says is to low fuel pressure, & “open loop due to insufficient engine temp” & then fuel rail pressure is 430 kpa
