Thx Ravebrave! I don't own the G9, so I don't have any knowledge to base a video on. As for the hoodie, I tried a new supplier out, so it's cool to hear some positive feedback on that 🙌

Thanks for your continued content about the G85! I bought mine in 2021 and still love it! I bought it initially to boost the quality of my TH-cam videos, but soon discovered that I also love photography. I'm using the Pana stock lens 12-60mm, Pana vario 45-150mm and Laowa 7.5mm lenses. I love the 150mm for nature shots and I'm using the Laowa ultra wide mainly for video of my synths as it allows me to position the camera quite close and next to my face so I don't have to shove my head into the frame when I'm fiddling with the synths. As far as mirrorless goes I think I'll keep it and will only upgrade my video game when I buy a new mobile phone, eg. Apple 15 pro or Samsung S24.

You're welcome The 5th Volt! That's one lens I forgot to mention, the Laowa 7.5mm. It does do a great job for using in tight spaces, also it being rectilinear helps me keep the outer vertical lines straight, where with other super wide lenses, I got warped lines at the outside edges. Great little lens, and worth every dollar! Ya, the cellphone cameras are becoming extremely good! I like your idea and think it's a smart move. I haven't tried the Pana vario 45-150mm, but I would assume that the compression you get at 150 would look great. Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your thoughts & experience 🤜🤛

Do you use the auto-focus or do you film your videos with manual exposure?

@@Passion_Video_and_Photo autofocus is not that great on the G85 so for my videos I always use manual focus (love the focus peaking!) My videos are usually of static things so it's no big deal.

@@The5thVolt good choice. I actually like static shots over motion shots. I feel like I compose better. And I agree bro, the focus peaking is a great 👌

Hey great video! I have bought g80 (should be the same according to market) and you just prove that the quality of the camera is amazing :) I have watched so many videos regarding settings, how to set shutter speed etc for the best quality so I somehow manage to shoot a moderate quality videos in 4k30p but I am struggling with 4k24p and I dont know why, the shoots seems to be laggy. Is there any hidden settings I missed? I also cannot find the ISO increments in the menu, is there any update or g80/g85 is different? Thanks for help!

Does the framerate of the timeline match the framerate of the video? If you're filming in 4k24p your timeline should be 24p. If it's not the same, you can miss frames which might be causing the effect you mentioned...

@@Passion_Video_and_Photo thanks for tip. Timeline is matching. I see it laggy even in the playback on the camera. Maybe I expect too much as I am not shooting static shoots and I need to focus more on stabilization when I am shooting or settings on camera :/
