The AES should get a 100 year 2 mile wide lease to the sea through Mauritania. This way a pipeline, a highway and a railway could be built giving AES access to the atlantic ocean. This could be a joint administered area between the AES and Mauritania. An industrial area could be developed along the route for the processing of raw materials instead of processing these materials outside of africa. Within the 100 years, Africa will be one country.

They are selling their own product, are you aware what a pipeline is? They need access to the sea port to export. Without any rail infrastructure or roads to move the stuff around it useless. The easiest fastest and most efficient way is the pipeline.
