What are you saying, we have a few soldiers and they help us in training but it's not only from US we bought a lot of military equipment from China as well and there are military attaches from many different countries and Zambia also has military attaches in other countries. We cooperate with many countries east and west, north and south. We have no enemies especially because our democracy is atleast to some level reliable.

African countries, all of them, would be doing justice not to have foreign bases in their countries. All foreign troops could be there for training exchange purposes only but not permanently stationed. Reason being that their total sovereignty is compromised as on those bases the locals are not allowed entry without prior permission from the country they are hosting.
