Amazing! Yummy! I have a suggestion tho. Uncle Clyde just needs to give an estimate timeframe in between the cooking, especially for first time people so they can estimate timeframe to check the fish. Always a great job with these videos 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Fish doesn't take long to cook, i would probably average 10 minutes each side for these small fish.

Why do you place the seasoned fish in the banana leaves?
The banana leaves give a special flavor to the fish, the Hawaiians also wrap pork in it.
