Ravinder..a suggestion - instead of using pipe..take a clean cotton rope, dip one side in the container and the other in the bottle, keep the container in higher angle..wine will transfer via capillary action into bottles...its time consuming process but you will get crystal clean final product and don't worry the remains at the bottom of your wine container won't transfer.
I really like your channel as you do it all in regular Indian/Desi conditions. Not useless advice, but solid clear methods.

No need to add more yeast, what's the temperature at your place and how much sugar u have added to the wine give specifications of your wine.

But time consuming is a big problem in that case .... If the wine comes in contact with oxygen for a long time, then the wine will become vinegar.
