Sir, the videos you make are really upto the point and to an extent Better.. i was studying about the boiling point. I think, ethanol evaporate ho jaayega at 78.37 °C. And you have mentioned 78-82°C.
Please don't Mind. It's just that when i came across the boiling points details, I thought of sharing with you..
Boiling Points:
Methanol: Boils at approximately 64.7 degrees Celsius.Ethanol: Boils at around 78.37 degrees Celsius.Water: Boils at 100 degrees Celsius.
However, you do great work Sir..

First of all I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you tried to understand my passion and appreciated me.
Substances called methanol and ethanol are found in every fermented beverage whether it is beer, wine or any other.
In excess quantity, methanol acts like poison for our body whereas ethanol is good for health.
74.5 - 78.3 degrees is definitely the boiling point of methanol and ethanol, but it is not possible to remove all the methanol and ethanol from the wine in a few minutes. To remove all the ethanol and methanol from the wine, the wine will have to be heated at 78 or 80 degrees Celsius for at least 45 to 60 minutes.
I have made several wines using the same process described above and have never had any problems, the alcohol is retained in the wine and it is the best way to degas a wine.
I only share my experience which I have gone through.

That's Y I can understand your passion, as I'm building up the same passion "i Guess"and many are trying to Demotivate..
I've also noticed in your video, that you put any kind of alcohol inside the airlocking unlike others who put water. Technically It is a good idea, coz sometimes when the temperature decreases, it sucks inside creating vacuum, because of which, the wine might get damage. I personally appreciate the concept and idea.. Thanks.
During wine making process, I was and am studying and trying to increase maximum alcohol level, where I came across the Boiling Points that I mentioned in my previous message.. And i agree with your reply, that within few minutes, Methanol and Ethanol will not completely evaporate. And hence, it will not affect the taste and alcohol content and will be pasturised as well.❤
Now I'm curious, Can we increase the alcohol content without adding other alcohols (like whiskey, Rum or Vodka) or without distillation and also keeping the taste and essense intact.. if there is a way, please make a video on this.

@@San4Moto Believe me brew in the natural way, not to add any type of distilled beverage and don't try to make it strong our home made wines are already much stronger the market once.
I have gone through all these things. If you try to make the wine stronger, then the excess alcohol present in the wine will overpower, you will not be able to enjoy the fruit notes and the taste.
And there are some more problems with strong wines too like more alcoholic taste, hangover problems and wines will take more time to get done.
So don't think about it.

I just wanted to know, if there is a possibility of increasing alcohol (within the Homemade way), without having much impact on the Fruit notes (Fruit Notes, that's the exact word I was searching for.. thanks for implying) and the taste.. Potassium sorbate wine main fermentation process ko rokne k kaam aata hain jise end mai use Keya jata hain
Sir milk or honey ki wine bnae or airlock mei whiskey daalne ka bhi reason btaein

80 degree celcius par garam karke garm ko he container mai daala hai jis se sub kuch sterilized ho gaya potassium metabisulfite ki jarurat nahi padi.
