I attended Ohio State University in fall of 1987. I graduated in March 1992. They were the best years. I see the 'college eating plan' has changed so much. That's a nice dorm you are living in there! I was impressed. I did the 4 person to a room in north dorm, called Houck House. I'm sure it (like everything else) has changed.. maybe it's not even called Houck anymore. Thanks for sharing this. It brings back such wonderful memories. Do they still have Long's Book store? That is where we used to get our textbooks (aside from another main book store I can't remember right now). Long's is where you could get some really cool Ohio State University paraphernalia, too, like my OSU hoodies and other things!

this is late but I’m a freshamn at OSU and i live in Houck house right now in a 4 person room!
One of the things I learned in film school for my video making is the black bars at the top and bottom of the video make it more cinematic, make sure you add them to your clips! I even add small ones to the clips that don't need them on my vlogs and I've gotten a bunch of comments since I started doing that that it makes the quality way higher?

Really want to come here when I leave High School in Newark Campus. I live in Northern Kentucky which is about 3 hours from the campus. My Parents will miss me but they said they would love me to come here. I can’t wait

It’s hybrid so some online some in person but the majority are online

Thank you! And I use a Dell XPS 13. I would definitely recommend it to college students because of how portable it is and the amount of power you get in such a thin/small body.

I'm not sure about masters but I have a friend who is minoring in aviation and takes classes.
Is winter time harsh for international students?
sorry I'm late, but it definitely can get in the negatives here. a heated blanket and plenty of layers of clothes will be nice.
I considered Ohio State, but I live in a different state and my mom and dad didn’t want to pay out of state tuition
Go leave there for one year and then you’ll classify as in state student. During that year, you can volunteer, do internships, research, etc… If this is your dream school, then I believe it worth trying. By the way, I did the same

That’s awesome bro! I love it here, the campus is honestly one of the best in the nation to live and be on (no bias here) and the people are great too. There’s a lot of people here so it’s easy to connect once you find your people. Food is good too lol

Eeni Why does it matter? How would u like it if in every class u were the only white person? U don’t understand what minorities go through cuz ur NOT a minority. Look up the racial demographics of every college especially big colleges it’s always AT LEAST 60% white or more usually more
@@eeni4447 It's important to have other people that can connect easily with you, being the same race/ethnicity helps with that. Something comforting about seeing people who look like you.
