Ohio State for years had a noncompetitive admissions policy but I suspect their high dropout rate compelled them to become more selective.
Yeah back in the day Miami (OH) used to be known as the competitive, academically-strong school (hence "Public Ivy") but nowadays it switched roles with OSU so now OSU has stronger academics and is more selective than Miami.

Hi Miles! Thanks for posting this video! I'm from San Diego and looking into Universities & I've always loved Ohio State & their football team. Just a suggestion for another video! A more in-depth tour of the campus & maybe some things to do in the local area for fun! Again, thanks for sharing!

Hey Miles, i’m probably your biggest fan and I’m attending OSU next semester as an incoming freshman just so I can meet you in person. Anyway, I was hoping you could make a campus tour video where you show off the campus and buildings more, maybe get footage walking down high street one Saturday to help out us lowly incoming freshman. I cant find anyone else putting out content as genuine and helpful as you, please keep up the incredible work!!!

I wanted to ask smth. Do you think living on campus is a good option for someone that doesn’t have a car? Would living off campus be worse?

i want to get a football scholarship to ohio state because they are both good in academics and football as a matter of fact they have one of the best football teams in the country hopefully if i work hard in both my studies and football maybe i can get a scholarship here but the thing is im from canada so getting one is going to be challenging cuz i wanna live in usa
transferring from newark campus this summer and honestly im terrified, i dont do well with lots of people, or huge campuses but oh well i have to for my

What’s up! At OSU you can’t get campus affiliated parking as a freshman, you have to be a sophomore. I personally have a car on campus bc I’m not a freshman

Why did you choose OSU?
I chose OSU for a lot of reasons. I enjoy the campus a lot, like the overall student body and they have my major which isn't offered at most colleges. It doesn't hurt that there is always something going on while your on campus too!
