don't part out your Patrol .. could be nats stopping it ? is the red light on the dash on ? have you tried to reset the ECU ? clear codes ? and prime the injector pump ontop of filter and crank at the same time ? and then crack injector lines to make sure no water or air in the system ?
Hay mate Yeah I've tried all the above and it was working, put 5l through and then next day she wouldn't go again threw nats code and no fuel at the injectors again. Problem is i need a vehicle for work and the cape this year. Also the boss has spoken 😔😔 I will get back to it when I get some time, I've been researching a way to bypass the NATS. Hay mate We not 100% yet and it can vary heaps on how much you get the donor motor for, if your keen to part out and sell the donor car also if you will be doing all the work yourself or drive in drive out. Nathan is doing all the work himself and I think he wants to do vid later on on the costing. Best bet would be to jump onto fusion fabs website and price up all the bits or give ash a call. I know he has done kits for the auto to patrol conversion and is still developing the manual to patrol kits. There's a few Facebook pages aswell that might have a bit more info. look on ZD30 warriors.. has the water inside of it dried out much yet ?
also charge your battery up a bit more . the crank sounded a bit weak and slow .
also check glow plugs and wait the 10 seconds each time with ignition on between cranking attempts
I like the intercooler install video . I need to see this for a ZD30 with everything there still tho
