Suds Return On A 2011 Inglis Direct Drive Washer

Suds return was still a option back in 2011 when this unit was built. The timer is even marked for it. The timer does turn both ways on this machine but it still does a suds return.

Often if the machine gets looked up if you set it to that setting it will reset.

If you put the drain hose in a tub of water will it suck it in ?

If it has a suds return than why isnt it pulling any water in

Because the hose is not in any water. For it to pull water in it needs to be in water like a stopped up laundry tub etc. These just drain into a pipe.
