ALA MEGA SARDINES
Sardines in tomato sauce composed of tamban fish, tomato paste (if you have tomato sauce much better), fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, ketchup, sugar, fish sauce and pepper.
I cooked 2kls of tamban fish in this video because I want to store it and it eat any time I want. This is really good with calamansi.
There you have an affordable yet delicious meal for more or less 150 pesos only!
