Casey The amount of death in a short period of time and it’s going to be going on for a good bit longer.... Many of these workers have not been given enough support in supplies, etc. I’ll never forget that Italian doctor lamenting that it’s like a bomb has gone off and all of a sudden there are so many bodies to deal with. But it’s worse than a bomb because the bodies don’t keep coming week after week.

Is there a way to have counseling, therapist, psychologist personnal on staff for them? I'm just asking.... This is serious and heartbreaking! My God bless her and give her strength. Let her know she is a gem in a weary time. Put a hedge of protection around her and those working like this....
I'm a psychotherapist. I've been thinking the same thing. I just don't know how to make such a thing happen. This motivates me to see if such a program is already happening. If not, are there any therapists and techies out there with bright ideas about setting up a way to do this remotely?
Elaine Waller-Rose it really would help so many people, offering online services via Zoom or one of those apps dedicated to therapy chats would be amazing. I want to do the same but I am only an undergrad right now; these workers really need help from trained professionals such as yourself ♥️ stay strong

@@jenniferbates2811 and she's grieving without the proper time to grieve. Nurses lose patients, but not at this rate. Not like this. And she's faced with the heavy burden of having to sleep in a strange bed, wake up, and do it all over again. And she's afraid, because her colleagues are getting sick as well, how is she doing? The stress, fatigue, and depression compounds it; wrecks the immune system. It is a truly profound sorrow, Ms Bates.
She shouldn't have 14 patients that can't do anything for themselves that is too much even without this virus. Our health care system is a large part of the problem butting too much on nurses stretching them to the limits even before all this. American Greed is the real problem.
All nurses and doctors...the pain is all around 🇺🇸 teachers fire fighters all paid by state local funding and Trump won't even follow his own CDC guidelines. The military too many cant speak out. America needs to find its humanity again and its not in Trump a "malignant narcissist"
As an Italian it breaks my heart to see a scene like this again: at first it happened in my country, then Spain and now USA... always the same desperation. The world saw what was happening here in Italy but politicians around the world lost precious time to better prepare their countries because they underestimated the virus despite the news from Italy.
It didn't happen first in Italy. I'm from Asia. We already suffered through this since Jan. We were needing for help, but coronavirus to other people at that time was just jokes and memes. There was news of Asian-descended people beat on the streets like we're not human. Some beat Asian people just because they look Chinese when they're even not Chinese. The West just downplayed it as 'Asian flu' or 'China flu', like they were immune and invincible. We needed help, but what we got was racism. If people in the West could forget about races and only had a mind to care for it since Jan, this tragedy would not happen.
I don't think people understood how good the health care system is in Italy (i think its approx number 2 in the entire world) . Most people i work with thought that Italy was an anomaly and thought I was crazy saying it will be round the world by march or april. Its only now people realise how much of an incredible job Italians have done, when you consider that pretty much everything we now know about this disease is from Italians, and they had noone to ask for help because noone else knew about it. God bless you guys. I hope you're staying safe and well mate. Love from Notts, Eng.

My darling girl, what a beautiful heart you have. After 35 years of nursing l never saw anything so bad. Thank you for what you do. I will be praying for you. xx oo
This beautiful woman is an Angel. I sent this link to my family members yesterday bc they didn't understand what I'm going through as a nurse and were not taking me seriously. One hour later, my uncle died unexpectedly. Tio Rolando, I know ur in a beautiful place now and I did see the Rainbow in my dream! I love you! 💖💫
Honestly, sometimes I wonder why we don’t thank nurses for their service when we thank soldiers and first responders for their service. They do just as much for our country.
Although I partly agree with you; I served and trust me when I tell you this, IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE to what people in the military have to go through. Death is death at the end of the day but yes these nurses are very strong nonetheless!
@TheNiceBros Nurses see death every day, while soldiers may not see it every day, but they live in fear that it will come for them. They have very different situations, but they still protect the welfare/interests of the country. In my opinion, nurses are just as responsible for the protection of lives in our country as soldiers. I would love to thank all of them for their service.
There's so much I could say, but won't at the current time. There's always a place, and time. But currently it's not the time. I know her pain all to well.

Once this settles done considerably they should give them a rotating holiday/time off policy with lot of mental councling which will give them enough support for mental and physical healing. I assure you, people are laughing from licking toilets, flouting social distancing, or going to Easter Mass. Me - I am staying home but I'd rather die with a smile on my face than die of fear from this chinese born virus. Was that offensive? Cry me a fkn river I don't care.
@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN you obviously have no sympathy dear. People are different and the way that they deal with stress is not going to be the same to how you deal with it. Surgeons are not constantly having to lose patients everyday. It's a shame that you can't understand this despite the fact that you claim to be working these type of patients.
I see Two Paths here: 1. People get “bored” with mask wearing, and social distance, and stay at home, and start to go out too soon (say, before Sept?) and we get a big bounce-back of the virus, LOTS people sick, LOTS die, and the economy goes down the tubes, and even Christmas shopping cannot help. Black Friday is really black, after Mass Graves on Thanksgiving. Or… 2. We all do the right thing for ourselves, for our families and for our society: Clean hands, stay inside (yes--ALL SUMMER!), and we do not gather for almost anything (funerals online, church online, birthdays online, Fourth of July online…etc.). Economy still suffers but you, me, them are alive. I prefer #2.
I agree 👍 I pick the 2nd choice all the way! I'm super high risk so I've been home since February 26th and I am perfectly fine with being here, healthy and alive, for as long as it takes. If you have a phone...you can still see and talk to everyone you love, and keep them safe, too. 😉☮💜

Sadly in UK, some people are still in denial, flouting “shelter in place” order. It is maddening! We are not given any viable information by the government so I listen to Andrew Cuomo every day to be informed and uplifted. In London UK people are stupid and selfish. Until this virus hits them personally they will stay in denial.😡👎

I have a 40 min drive home from work, and I use that time to cry, because I don't want to get home and scare my husband; I don't want him to know what I see each shift. I'm a nurse, but I'm a human too, and this is by far the hardest thing I've ever gone through and we have nowhere near the patient load she spoke of having in NY. My God, I can't even imagine. My thoughts are with her, and everyone else living through this nightmare; my heart goes out to the world! 💜🌎 We're all in this together, and we'll need each other to get out of this mess, too. PLEASE, everyone stay safe, stay healthy, and STAY HOME! The more people that stay home, the fewer patients come through our doors, and the fewer have to die all alone. ✌️💜😷 Save lives by staying at home! (By far the easiest way to be a hero, ever!👍)

@@Timothee_Chalamet_CMBYN I get your point but I think this is made to raise awareness about how covid19 is not to be taken lightly and that it wreaks havoc anywhere it goes; unlike the seasonal flu, so people stop praying idly for it to simply go away (like in Iowa) or downright downplay its effects

im a nurse and i quit my job due to lack of PPE and my boss basically told me this should just be like a flu for young and healthy ppl like me. Medical staffs are having to reuse PPE which they are not designed to do. I didn't even have a N95 mask with covid patients around the unit. We do not receive any compensations and are told to deal with it because this is our duty and at the end of the day i have to come back home and my whole family at risk of being exposed. I did not receive any support even when i raised my concerns, the hospital refused to test my sister who was also a nurse working there, and started to cough severely after worked with suspect covid positive pt with only surgical mask on. Putting my life and my whole family's lives at risk by working as a nurse because of the government and hospitals' incompetent response to the virus is not something worth for me to get paid 30 dollars an hour with. I felt like a complete disposable number to those who have the money and power. I realized i can only trust my own judgement and protect myself because no one will.
I'm a student nurse who was supposed to graduate this December. I chose to withdraw this semester. I fought with admin to let us do vsim like the rest of the nursing schools, but my school is funded by the county and adhere to our governor's orders. Instead they sent out students... mandatory...with only surgical masks to covid floors. At this point, this isn't helping if no one is properly protected. It's only spreading Covid. I live with my mom who's immunocompromised and 60years old, had I gone I would have exposed her. The school shamed the students who opted out for lack of ppe and family reasons and said that this is our "duty" as nurses and part of the calling. Say that to the nurses families who have died because they weren't properly protected..and to the patients positive because their nurses/ Medical staff were positive and spread it to them. I blame our government. No ppe...of course people are dying.
Mel Mar i completely feel your frustration. You did the right thing, this is basically asking us to go for a suicide mission and drag our family with us
Aren’t the ones donating more money than we possibly can doing “something”? Of course they’re doing something otherwise what are they raising money for or putting cash in people’s cash app accounts. Can y’all just stop it with the celebrity hating thing. It’s getting old
That's not fair. They're celebrities NOT medical professionals. MANY who are very well off financially ARE donating their money and their time to various charitable institutions AND towards getting these medical centers the PPE they need and SHOULD have received from the "president". All WE have to do is stay home and live veeerrry frugally. I know I WISH I had money or a global platform to collect money for ALL those who need assistance; we can't even volunteer

Breaks my heart. I wish medical staff had something special set up so they could talk to a psychologist but I bet there is not set up like that on the premises or at least they should be given a support phone line number. It can't be good when they have to keep it in so as not to burden others. The medical people who survive this might be psychologically scarred forever. Some will need mental support.
They need temporary housing, ppe, and a chance to rest. The stimulus package should go towards saving lives. Call your Senators and Representatives to let them know. Our government has failed to perform its most important function of protecting the health and safety of the American people.
Guys psychiatrists are people too, and many end up killing themselves even without this sort of thing going on. What these healthcare workers need is a system that works, something that they can back wholeheartedly so that they feel they are succeeding in helping people by following the system. This woman obviously feels like she is failing everyone, which is soooooo sad to see.

It really hurts when you see someone just breaking down like this. The helplessness that she is feeling right now is unbearable.
As an Italian it breaks my heart to see a scene like this again: at first it happened in my country, then Spain and now USA... always the same desperation.
The world saw what was happening here in Italy but politicians around the world lost precious time to better prepare their countries because they underestimated the virus despite the news from Italy.
@MissBttrsctch The second and possibly third wave will come. Nobody is "out" of it yet.

Agoraphobia you seemed to have missed my point. My point is that you don’t need to be coming home and posting online videos to go viral.
I see Two Paths here:
Or…
Yeah Paul, you are right. Unfortunatelly at least in my country people chose path #1 :( It s going to be really bad here in a few weeks.
I agree 👍 I pick the 2nd choice all the way! I'm super high risk so I've been home since February 26th and I am perfectly fine with being here, healthy and alive, for as long as it takes. If you have a phone...you can still see and talk to everyone you love, and keep them safe, too. 😉☮💜
All you are being asked to do is stay in place-Medical staff are being asked to do a superhuman job. Ya gotta be psychopaths to do involuntary manslaughter, or create more tragedy for all the workers that will risk their lives for your boredom. Smh

I wish medical staff had something special set up so they could talk to a psychologist but I bet there is not set up like that on the premises or at least they should be given a support phone line number. It can't be good when they have to keep it in so as not to burden others. The medical people who survive this might be psychologically scarred forever. Some will need mental support.
atleast a hotel near by the hospitals and surrounded by colleagues and psychologists to comfort them 😭😭😭
They need temporary housing, ppe, and a chance to rest.
God bless all nurses, doctors and other Frontline workers. Give them strength daily and all the compassion as they do their job to save lives ❤
Trust me, I was not laughing, I was crying with you. God bless you!
Love you😢😢Thankyou for sharing the raw!!🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was literally crying from across the world. Same things are happening here in the Philippines 😭
And the sad thing is, Filipino nurses are all over the world.
true! parang the way the government and people are acting parang ganun lang ka dali i-replace ang mga doctor and nurses.
The first US coronavirus death was on February 29th. In the 42 days since, we've lost 20,283 Americans to the coronavirus, under Trump's incompetent leadership, and he says "We're doing great!". 3,597 Americans since yesterday morning.
Vote Trump out like your life depends on it, because it just might.
The first heads up to this Administration was end of Dec.2019, first death in US was January 20th. Because trump has surrounded himself with yes men they were all to scared to give him the news and apparently continue to do so. Why does HE not want testing? It's all about the numbers for HIM.
You should focus on the threat and origin the CCP rather than false hope and trying the blame game, Trump Is doing great really, there is only so much you can do.
@@mrkenz7566 great is an overstatement
It is mindful again either a troll of the most ignorant son of a b**** I've ever met Trump's the f****** here and no matter how you try to spin it that's not going to change
Since I watched the news this morning, the number of deaths was 18,860 now its 20,283. I have no words😢😢.
Nurse here, blessed to be at home taking care of my kids at the moment. I’m so sorry to my nurse friends that I’m not fighting with you. I’m a stranger but you could vent to me, I would understand. God bless you. Praying for you all every day!
Michelle Ofchinick Thank you for the work you do when you’re able! It’s very important to keep your family safe & Supply Hub greatly respects that!
I'm an RN too. Home on a personal leave as my son and his dad are high risk. I feel so bad for everyone out there working through this. It is so sad. They need to get extra help from military medical or something to give these workers a break. Its just awful. NOT LAUGHING. ANYONE WHO IS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! Much love Sister!! STAY STRONG.
I'm so sorry honey. I love you so much. You have us. We are here for you.
2hours later, her and her friends were busting a move on the ER floor, that video got 700k views......shes ok now
I’m not laughing at all, in fact, this is not a laughing matter at all quite frankly. Let’s give them a break.
No we are not laughing I feel for you and God bless you and ALL the medical community during this time. You are in my prayers.
This young woman is a hero. God bless her, & keep her safe 🙏
To all people who does not respect the rules of quarantine :
YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR THIS. You are the reason why the medical services are completely overwhelmed by the number of cases.
Please, everyone, you are not immune. Stay home, stay safe, not only for you and your family, but also for the ones who are working to save everyone.
Bless your heart, I'm so sorry this is all on you. 💓💓💓
Thank you for what you do. I can’t imagine the pain you seeing and feeling. Your truly a front line angel 😇.
No ma’am. We are not watching this and laughing, we are watching with gratitude and respect. Anybody laughing at this is truly despicable.
Im watching it totally heartbroken 😢
She can talk to me!! I wish I can just hug her! this is too much!
You see how overwhelmed the medical service is and Trump is only concerned about when he can open the economy.
Well, he knows we will all be crying soon if he doesn't. Doctors join a force with decisions and sacrifices in mind just like a soldier or cop. If they dont, its because they only want money. With that said, they are doing what they love even if they dont show it. You wont love a depression. Im not saying open the country on may 4th because well... this is gonna last a long time.
But prepare yourself because we are about to enter a depression. I dont think its time to worry about opening the economy just yet, but it will be soon.
@@psychoticdaizyproductions569 In short, it's the "scale." Yes we know what the job entails but having the same trauma every single day for weeks and no end in sight is something different.
And occupied with his „ratings“, as America needs help. Help, Trump would never even think about providing.
Money over lives 🤬🤬
However, the economy being stable also prevents lots problems realated to mental health specially due to anxiety caused by financial instability and it could actually prevent a whole different pandemic. I'm not supporting or defending Trump, I'm just trying to see things from a different prespective.
I just want to give every nurse n doctor in the world a massive hug
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I lost my Brother February 7th and just want to say thank you for fighting for all your patients. I know it's not enough and there are no words to describe the pain. We just want to day thank you. I don't know what it's like in the hospitals but I stand with you in pain. Sometimes it feels better to not be alone.
Jesus she is so strong. God bless her, her patients, her family, and everything happening right now please give them all strength
Amen
I'm a nurse too my friend, my heart breaks for you, them and us💔 I pray for all of us daily, thank you for putting it out there, pouring your heart and soul out. Sending you hugs, thankfulness and prayers 🙏 I pray no one could ever laugh at this. God bless you 🙏 God bless all🙏🙏🙏
Bless you and all that you do for us ❤ it has to end some time.
Hang in there strong and beautiful woman! ❤
Greetings from Norway.
I know EXACTLY how you feel. I cry on the way home too sometimes. And there is no one to talk to because no one understands unless they're in the field too. I wish I could hug you. We're all going through it but we are strong enough to make it.
My God, no one could prepare such depression...
I feel so bad for her and her colleagues, they are doing an amazing job in these testing times. God bless those who care for us in our time of need.
tubetaz Hope everyone is staying safe & gets the PPE they need!
All the anxiety, stress and fear that I feel, fails in comparison to what you have to deal with on a daily basis. My heart cries for you. Thanks you and your staff for taking care of the sick. Sending you many hugs. Please stay safe.
How beautifully you expressed that... apart of a medical field too simply heart breaking, the world may never recover from such a lost this lady is brave, heroic, and exhausted all at the same time keep your sanity & find peace god bless you! 😔☹
What you feel we know very well in Spain, all my affection and solidarity with you and your country. Good luck.
My heart goes out to you, I wanted to hug you so tight, i teared. God Bless you,,,, and the other staffers.
So sorry! God bless you for doing what you have and are doing!!!!
May Allah bless all the people in frontlines with his strength his protection and his mercy. May allah be with each soul whom is suffering on earth. May him help them and save them.
I want to say to all the key workers out there; thank you and please stay strong.
GODPLEASE HELP THESE WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
يا رب احمنا من شر هذا الفايروس و ان يحميكم انتم الاطباء والممرضين المصارعين ضد هذا الفايروس
To this valient Nurse I want to say: Stay strong. And thank you so much for everything. For leaving your home to help. For keeping your cool in front of the pacients. And for sharing your emotions and troubles with us. I'm crying with you and I'll keep praying for you.
To all the doctors and nurses, as well as the cleaning personnel: I'd like to extend my innermost gratitude for your hard work.
4:04 If *anyone* does "watch this and laugh" , they literally have *no* *soul*
My heart goes out to her as well as *EVERY* *SINGLE* *NURSE* , *CNA* , *TECHNICIAN* , *DOCTOR* and *HOSPITAL* *WORKER*
I thank them *all* for their hard work and I pray for their courage, comfort, protection & strength to continue fighting this battle.
Even though you may sometimes feel as though nobody notices or acknowledges your heroic efforts or (especially right now) like even your very best just isn't enough,, I assure you that *YOU* *ARE* *APPRECIATED* !!
We know that you are doing everything you possibly can do under these extremely heart wrenching circumstances.
I cannot even imagine how much emotional & physical stress you all are currently going through; not to mention the trauma of facing so much death and dying all the while trying to remain safe and stable yourselves.
Please know that we cannot even express with our words alone how GRATEFUL we are for you!
All we can do on our end is to TAKE THIS VIRUS SERIOUSLY & STAY AT HOME ~ thus doing our small part by not ending up in your hospitals.
God bless may god continue to give you strength and courage from one frontliner to another 🙏🏽
Why is god not giving strength to the people that are dying?! That would solve the problem at its roots...
You are in my prayers sis I'm a healthcare worker to and it is hard
I am a retired RN and I was so moved by her dispair. I am grateful that I never had to work under these current conditions. My heart goes out to you.
Makes me appreciate every single second of me chilling on my bed and doing absolutely nothing in quarantine...
Same here. I LOVE downtime. So many movies and games to enjoy!
When this is all over, we have to reassess our values.
Humans don't learn from their mistakes, it will be business as usual.
There you go, you little lemming, you're 💯 MK Ultra infected
Maleficent
I was thinking more about who we admire and reward in society.
Maleficent
Yes, a thousand times.
Im not laughing at you mami. I'm crying with you. That broke my heart. I'm with you xoxoxo. Idk how to help but to stay home. I'm a liability if I get sick
Thank you so much. This is heartbreaking. Thank you for being a nurse.
You're making me proud. As a nursing student, know that there are those of us who keep you in our thoughts and know that we understand how painful and taxing this journey is and can be. Make moments for yourself for balance. D'neil know we are here for you!!! Much love ❤️
Remember this when we're asking why the politicians failed these people and called it a hoax.
🤦
Thats because W.H.O informed the world their was no human to human transmission and they should not close their boarders. Also we live in a world were most our products come from overseas and have no factories of our own.
@@droneographytv8848 So governments are claiming 'It's the WHO's fault.' Not that I've actually seen any evidence other than deflection tactics twisting the statement that it hadn't been established that person to person transmission was a vector. Borders are sovereign, the WHO's permission isn't required to close them. In the UK the economy has been eroded down to a low skilled service economy which is incredibly fragile and vulnerable to almost any crisis let alone a global pandemic by the political right. A supine, insecure workforce is infinitely more controllable than a powerful, educated, unionised and skilled one. Governments are in charge and have their own disease control strategies, they can't simply shift blame to international organisations.
@@PurityVendetta Well yes. Countries pay W.H.O 100s of millions each year for exactly that. Its already happening, W. H. O AND China are taking full brunt of the blaim.
Remember when they wanted to close the borders and were called racist?
