I like Choppo in the 90 size for more pressured fish, Whopper Plopper in the 110 size for all around (usually the first one I grab), and Choppo in the 120 size targeting bigger fish.

R P thanks! I feel like they have a different sound and I’ve thought about tying each one on a different rod and trying them both out for a while. I’m glad more people are fishing but if ya bring it in, take it out.

I recently went to Cabela’s to go purchase a whopper plopper. The whopper name and price was way more expensive then the competition. I grabbed a couple of the rebel choppers and they flat out catch fish. It’s now my go to lure. My own personal experience, black at night and Frog in the early morning. I found a white one on a tree and a silver shad and for some reason haven’t had any luck on those colors. Sticking with black as my first color of choice.

I have used the whopper plopper a lot I notice how the hook on the back sometimes gets stuck on the rubber fin but with the choppo since it’s hard plastic and it’s made a bit different the hook does not get caught on the fin

I've used both. Both will attract fish to strike. Huge difference is the hooks. Choppo hooks are far inferior to the Whopper Plopper hooks. I've lost too many fish because of the hooks. I own two Choppos. I just recently purchased Whopper Plopper treble hooks to put on the Choppos. Should improve the performance of the Choppos.

@@440-fishermandrock8 I love the Whopper Plopper 110. It's what I almost exclusively throw, when Plopping. To each his own, I guess. But, if you switched over to the Plopper treble hooks I think you would be much happier with the results.
I like the Plopper better in more calm waters. I like the Chopper better in more choppy water (and rivers, where there is some turbulence). But, for me, the Choppo has to have the Plopper hooks.
