It is not right. But may be you mean the second one.The first one is the song of a Russian origin A lonely Accordian, muic by Boris Mokrousov. The only song which touches my heart all my life long.
Do you know how and where to get an used German mandolin (a modern one) ?
I would like to find one for a budget of maximum 1500€.
You can find used German mandolins from time to time - you have to check all selling platforms regularly. It's not easy to find a good used German mandolin - but if you are lucky you can find one.
