Devolution is the best thing the 2010 constitution has ever hallowed to us courtesy of the Late President Kibaki , every county is given a fair chance to thrive , that's why kiambu county is the second richest county after Nairobi not Mombasa nor Kisumu. South Africa is another classic example , today their major cities are all in top 10 richest cities in Africa because of one thing , Devolution!

devolved corruption is the way, at least the looting is spread out.

Nyali is slowly losing its allure with the high-rise buildings. I am told the super rich are moving to Vipingo. Amazing video.

With a surge in population and middle-income class, this is expected. I always advocate for expansion of Mombasa boundaries. Land is key for any investment. I wonder what colonialists were thinking when they allocated Mombasa such a tiny land. I ask if a governor goes out scouting for investors and pap the flock in Mombasa, where is the land for them to set their bases?

@@musakibwana4596 There's ample land at the Dongo Kundu Special Economic Zone for any potential investors

Those laws have been overtaken by time. There is so much pressure for development in Mombasa and land is not enough hence the only way to go is UP! Thye need to expand the boundaries of Mombasa for growth!

most tanzanians think that kenya🇰🇪 is all about nairobi..... nop! that's not the case.
kenya with a gdp size of over $110b, expect to see much development all over, in every major city, as compared to its neighbours

why are african vloggers obsessed with private buildings. Paved streets and roads, transportation, cleanliness are the indicator of government investment in an area. These videos are a cringefest.

You want them to show your grandmothers kitchen? Has the government invested there? There are many youtubers you can watch if africans show pavements watch the colinialists nobody prevents you
