    These wrist exercises have been very helpful, I had a cast for hand fracture and I am trying to get mobility back

    Hello Michelle, thank you for sharing all of these. It's really helpful.
    I have a few questions:
    1. when performing the ulnar deviation stretch, I felt the pain increase as I gradually push down. Is it still ok to passively stretch it with minimal discomfort? or should I avoid going into that range?
    2. Similar to supination/pronation, my motion is restricted the most. More as I use my other hand to apply more pressure, the pain gradually increases as well. Is it ok to stretch through the pain?
    3. Does wearing a brace to compress help with speeding up recovery?

    Wow ! Watching your channel for the first time and find your exercises very helpful and informative. Just subscribed your channel and plan to watch other videos as well. Had a spinal injury two and half years back resulting in weak grip in right hand and feet.

    I was involved in a motorcycle accident and broke my wrist. Its been 4 months now and i still dont have much motion in my wrist but this is helpfull

    I'm 11 weeks post wrist fracture surgery and 9 weeks post splint removal and I still can't make a tight fist. Does this mean it's permanent?

    Stiff fingers, 3 months is going to b completed of this incident , please help me out...still Swollen fingers .😢😢😢😢😢
