Lexus really changed the GX 550 model. So far I’m okay with the new 3.4 twin turbo V6! That engine has pretty much been proven on the Tundra pickup. Tastefully redesigned I would say. Wish it has inline6 turbo instead (like the BMW Supra) to compete against BMW and Benz (or even Chrysler) with their inline6 that’ll be more reliable than V6 turbo

Interior finish materials appear to be pretty plasticy and cheap looking. Maybe they could redirect the money they spent on the hole in the roof for some better quality materials. Come on Lexus.

I’ve said it before, COVID came and companies got greedier. Plastic and faux leather are the new norm. It’s always been normal for the big dogs to make big money but now…… they’re out of freaking control- hence plasticized Luxury vehicles. They’re floating around in mega million private Yachts.

Beware of Toyota/Lexus’ new 3.4 liter twin turbo V6. Has too many issues with too much machining debris not cleaned out before assembly.::A HUGE Shame on this Giant car company. Plus potential other faulty bearings and such. Skipping important details and cheaping out gets you in trouble. People need to wait to see if and how they resolve this expensive blunder!

Hate the Dodge Durango looking rear, cheap looking square rear seats with no side support and the loss of the bullet proof V8 engine. Sadly Lexus has traded the refined elegant look of the previous generation for this ordinary boxy design.
