I’ve watched everything on this case and maybe you should too, including the interview of Mr. English (owner of the home that was under construction) answering that nothing was taken from his home that day which is also why even after he saw the footage, he didn’t call 911! @@sinahaase9923 "'He had nothing on him or in his pockets when he died." Of course. When casing a neighborhood, don't bring ID in case a cop stops you. The reason they don't case neighborhoods in cars anymore is there are so many cameras, they can always get the plate. That's why they have started jogging through neighborhoods to case.
@@jameskellinger8314 wow. So do you think the white couple were casing the neighborhood too? Or just the black guy? You have no evidence that he was "casing" anything. This is just another assumption like the ones the McMichaels used to MURDER Arbery. Travis McMichael was found guilty on all charges. Even IF Arbery was "casing" the neighborhood, Travis McMichael committed MURDER! You do understand that this was MURDER, right?
My thang is , if he was running because he felt like he had been caught. Why didn't he take off in a sprint the way he came in? Because the way he came in was the entrance to the neighborhood. Another thing is. He wasn't caught at no time stealing anything. The main question I have. Why did he get out of his truck and pointed a shotgun at the man. At that moment he escalated the situation, and left that man with no choice but to defend himself.
i have been following this a lot lately (after the fact, courtroom vids). apparently they kept cutting him off in their pickups whenever he tried to leave the neighborhood. that barney rubble looking dude actually ran him into a ditch! also cut him off from escaping.
Apparently that was the way the cops would be coming from. In the full video that has never been shown in the media nor can it be found on TH-cam, for me it clearly shows what is really going on. Ahmaud is attempting to flee the scene because he believes that the cops were on their way, and they literally were. Now let me ask you this. Ahmaud is surrounded by green space, woods and trees. If you are trying to get away from vehicles that are chasing you, do you stay running in the road where vehicles travel when you can avoid them by going of the grass/pedestrian area? Wouldn't you be making it easier for the vehicles to get you? I think the full video answers this. Ahmaud doesn't run into the woods or anywhere else because the cops will catch him. Ahmaud does a uturn and runs towards then past Roddy without any fear or concern of Roddy and then runs like 400 yards to where the mcmichael's are parked. When ahmaud sees them parked up ahead ahmaud is angry that they dared to assist the cops against him and decides he wants to take out his frustration on travis by beating up travis. I didn't think this at all until I saw the full video. That video proves that ahmaud was not being "chased", "trapped" "blocked" or "cornered".
@@iwannaseenow1 "they kept cutting him off whenever he tried to leave the neighbourhood". Simply not true AT ALL. The full video proves this not to be the case. Not a single time during the entire sequence was ahmaud cut off. Roddy supposedly "angled" his vehicle towards ahmaud, but even then the pedestrian path was clear for ahmaud. You can't be cut off by a solo car while being surrounded be green open space and pedestrian areas. Ahmaud is not a vehicle and nor is ahmaud on a footbridge.
@@dtrez3866 if you think that you really haven't been following the trial. The idiots admit to cutting him off. "Ran him into a ditch", "he was trapped like a rat", "he was pinned between the pickups ". And he was surrounded by houses. Why would he run through private property when he knows in America people can shoot you for that? Just the justification the hicks would want to kill him.
@@iwannaseenow1 You say that to me while accusing me of not watching the trial. "They admit to cutting him off". Who is "they"? You mean one person acting on his own? One person 'claiming' to "running someone into a ditch" is not "cutting them off". "Trapped like a rat". Just explain how ahmaud was "trapped like a rat". To be trapped like a rat literally means there is no escape. GBI Investigator dial admits ahmaud had a clear "escape route". And how exactly can vehicles ON THE ROAD "trapped" a pedestrian on foot? Did you not see ahmaud was literally surrounded by open space, woods, trees and pedestrian areas? What is ahmaud, a very large truck on a narrow path? How else can he be "trapped"? You are reading too much into what people say while ignoring the physical evidence. And another literal definition of "trapped like a rat" is in regard to someone being caught red handed. "He was pinned between two pick ups". Not in the real video. The full video. In that video, which you would have seen in the trial, ahmaud is running with the mcmichael's parked parked behind him like 400 yards away and Roddy following about 30 yards behind ahmaud. Ahmaud, with the entire road ahead clear and multiple directions to run, decided to do a uturn and run towards and then past Roddy and on towards the mcmichael's. So if ahmaud is in "between" to trucks, it was not because anyone "pinned" him. No, he is in between two trucks because he put himself inbetween them. And when you consider what is going on in that video, the full video, the part which is never shown in the media, it looks like ahmaud has no concern or fear of Roddy or the mcmichael's and only concerned in fleeing the scene. When he sees travis ahead ahmaud realises that he won't escape from the soon to be arriving cops and decides to take out his frustration on travis. I never thought that until I saw the entire video. Then it all made sense. "He was surrounded by houses" If you ignore the woods that surrounded ahmaud. "Why would he run through private property when he knows in America people can shoot you for that?" Wow, so now you know what a diagnosed skitzo was thinking? What an amazing gift you have. So I guess for both you and ahmaud, it is more dangerous to run across peoples yards than it is to rush a man that you can see is armed from 40 yards away and safer than prowling around in other peoples properties at night. Ok. If you say so buddy. Sure thing. If you say it is so, then it must be, right?
Fair, we really don't need a dozen witnesses on the stand to conclude the man runs often. If I ran as far as that I would also start walking through neighborhoods as I catch my breath

The defense has a why…. They’re claiming he was there stealing/burglarizing a property. Y can’t the prosecutor show he was just running and not trying to steal or burglarize a property? 🙄
A major problem is the prosecution keeps allowing the defense to question about crime without following up to keep asking if he took anything, had anything in his hands, or was ever the suspect of any report.
@@Thebeautiful11 Not a "major problem," because of the overwhelming evidence of the video(s). The jury has seen those videos. At the beginning of the trial, the prosecution showed these videos and made it loud & clear to the jury that Arbery didn't commit a single crime. *The defense is desperate by constantly using the words crime & plunder even though the jury saw no crime or plunder.*
No, the suspicion based on Arbery's behavior (including ignoring, defiance, and aggression), previous times there which were fairly suspicious being that he's not from the immediate neighborhood, and recent burglaries. Reasonable suspicion. But, the McM's took it too gung ho. They suspected Arbery may have had a weapon on him, hence why the McM's brought guns as a deterrent.
Funny how they got rid of all the black jurors and now they won't let black witnesses say that Aubrey ran all the time isn't that funny seems kind of bigoted and racist to me that's just my opinion huh
Glynn County Police on the initial response into the investigation on the 23rd February 2020, the day of Ahmaud Arbery's death, informed Ahmaud Arbery's mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, that her son had been shot during an attempted burglary, by the homeowner, during a self-defensive fight, and that they, therefore, did not, at that moment in time, consider that any crime had been committed. The former Georgia District Attorney's Office, namely former DA Jackie Johnson, is currently indicted, & possibly the following DA on the case DA George Barnhill, who is currently being investigated, charges of obstruction of justice and lying about the facts in the case. The mother discovered later, the tissue of lies, her son, Ahmaud Arbery was unarmed and innocent of any damage or attempted burglary at the construction site, that day, or on any past occasion.
They're guilty, end it already. He didn't steal anything, they ran him down and hit him with their truck, and shot him. End of story. Plenty of videos of people walking into that same exact house. I still looking at under construction homes in my community
"They hit him with their truck" Another lie that has surrounded this case. The reason ahmaud's fingerprints were on Roddy's truck was not because the vehicle hit him. His fingerprints are there because he was trying to open the door of Roddy's truck. And the prosecution always knew this. Spare a thought for all those black and poor folk who were screwed over by a corrupt prosecution that lied and exaggerated in order to send them to prison.

If the burglary in the area was such a problem then they should have called the mayors office or the police chief to have the police presence increased. Citizens arrests should be outlawed the case is a prime example why. Everything they did that led up to killing if the police had of done those actions would have been murder. From start to finish everything they did was wrong. Also this is the exact same scenario as the Trayvon Martin case. I watched the video he had on shorts and a t shirt... e wouldn’t be able to steal much out of Walmart in that let alone a construction site. Those guys knew what they were about to do.
I heard a lot of speculations and questions about arbery’s action what about the history of these three dangerous individuals. Don't go in a house at night if it's not yours. As a white person, if I am walking through a neighborhood at night that's not my neighborhood, I make sure I don't go near someone's house, I don't look in the cars, I don't lurk in the dark near the sidewalk, I don't do anything on anyone else's property. If a cop stops to ask me what I am doing, I cooperate fully. I have a right to walk anywhere that is public, but I am also aware that crooks go about at night to steal, and if I am out at night, which I do like, I make sure I stay where I am supposed to. I am also aware that people may think I am a burglar, they may be afraid, and they may call the police--it has happened. I am prepared to answer questions if confronted. If a cop car pulls up and says "Show me your hands!" I am going to do exactly that rather than give the cop a bunch of shit. That way, I will live through the day rather than get shot by a nervous cop. It is unpleasant to be confronted by a cop, but I understand it is necessary, so I endure it without giving the cop trouble--he wants to go home too. As a white person, I was taught by my parents to cooperate with the police. Let's face it, some cops are wrong in what they do, but I will never win by fighting them. So many young black kids over react to being confronted by the cops and wind up dead--it is a shame. If black kids would just show their hands when commanded, so many deaths would be avoided. They have to understand, even if the kid is a nice kid, the cop doesn't know that yet. Some kids are not nice and have guns. The cop needs to figure out who is who so they don't get killed. That's why it is important to show your hands when commanded--to give the cop time to figure out who you are and that you are no threat. Don't force the cop to make a split second decision--it may not come out right.
What is relevant in judging the defendants justification to make an arrest, can only be the actions of the arrestee. To have "reasonable and probable suspicion" to make an arrest, one must be referring to an INDIVIDUAL. One must be referring to the ACTIONS OF AN INDIVIDUAL. Arbery's ACTIONS were SUSPICIOUS. The reason why the prosecution and the ahmaud family and lawyers have lied claiming ahmaud was jogging is because without the belief that ahmaud was jogging, they would be left facing the reality that ahmaud had no legitimate reason for being in the area and being in that property. They know ahmaud was up to no good and told lie after lie after lie in order to pervert the course of justice. This case isn't about race, it is about a man who was caught tressspassing fleeing a citizens arrest, then instead of running further away, as the prosecution claims he trains to do, Ahmaud instead does a B line to the son and tried to take his shot gun a gun not even pointed at Ahmaud.
The gun brought was for what? Talking? Three men couldn't citizens arrest one man without a weapon? If they worried about him having a weapon perhaps the police might have been better equipped to handle this.

For salvation, we just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in water for the removal of sins and filled with the Holy Ghost. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man, be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH OR OBEDIENCE TO GOD. Titus 1:16, They profess that they know God; but in WORKS they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. FAITH WITHOUT OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS IN VAIN. If you believe in this message, be blessed by God in helping to spread it in the name of Jesus Christ so people can get saved the right way. God bless you

@@jameskellinger8314 wow. So do you think the white couple were casing the neighborhood too? Or just the black guy? You have no evidence that he was "casing" anything.
"He was surrounded by houses"
If you ignore the woods that surrounded ahmaud.
"Why would he run through private property when he knows in America people can shoot you for that?"
Wow, so now you know what a diagnosed skitzo was thinking? What an amazing gift you have. So I guess for both you and ahmaud, it is more dangerous to run across peoples yards than it is to rush a man that you can see is armed from 40 yards away and safer than prowling around in other peoples properties at night. Ok. If you say so buddy. Sure thing. If you say it is so, then it must be, right?

"They hit him with their truck"
Another lie that has surrounded this case. The reason ahmaud's fingerprints were on Roddy's truck was not because the vehicle hit him. If the burglary in the area was such a problem then they should have called the mayors office or the police chief to have the police presence increased. Citizens arrests should be outlawed the case is a prime example why. Everything they did that led up to killing if the police had of done those actions would have been murder. One of the lawyers even made a statement about being able to get around it. All anyone has to do is say the wrong thing in front of the jury, and it's said, regardless of it it is allowed or there are objections, etc. It's said and done at that point. They've heard it. How shaw we go out for a walk or jog without making white people scared?

2) google his record. It's all there. He even got kicked out of school for a gun. There is body camera with him fighting a cop
3) It matters if you want to say he was just jogging. Doesn't mean he should die, but truth is, he was casing the place, people called 911, police were looking for him and told the neighborhood to look out for him. All of that not due to his race/.
4) Mc Michaels knew was entering a property casing the place. This has all been out in the trial already. The had searched for him numerous times with the police before this
