- I had the pleasure of interviewing Paul Akers, author of '2 Second Lean', discussing all things Lean, including the traits of a good Lean Leader.

I love that he said he is a carpenter first and seeks beauty in that. I wonder if that is an integral component to lean that lean can't teach.

hehehe Paul is such a great sensei he just put you to the Test right away at @27:10 Ryan didnt pass the quick test deflecting the attention but Paul quick thinking is just automatic is so natural how it flows, awesome.
