Hold and tear it both in opposite directions. Even if you get small transparent area, cut it using blade and place under microscope

Hi i can now peel the stomata but i got problem with adjusting microscope i put slide in the stage and when i see from eyepiece i can see nothing like no slide is present in the stage not even blurry vision can you please help to adjust microscope

Adjust microscope to best resolution possible in presence of ample light. Check microscope video on my channel.
