Elohim most of the time means God the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
There is no doubt that God divided earth geographically and gave the nations to lesser beings or angels. Satan himself is called 'king of Tyre' (Ezekiel 28:11-19) whereas mortal human king is called 'ruler of Tyre' (Ezekiel 28:2)

I've read all of Paul Wallis' books, and his latest just came in the mail today: The Invasion of Eden. I've also read Mauro's books The Naked Bible and Gods of the Bible. Currently I'm translating his Il Falso Testamento (The False Testament). I'm like a sponge soaking up all this amazing, life changing information about our origins, our history, the true story of how and why we are here, and how we got here. Society, as a whole, has been programmed and brainwashed for centuries. Hopefully it won't take as long to deprogram humanity, to set them free from mainstream religion. People need to stop praying to, and worshiping, extra terrestrials. We ourselves, humanity, are the extra terrerstrials, we are all gods in our own right. Nothing to be saved from, no original sin, and love is the glue that binds us all together.

Basically, considering the bible and the ancients sumerians' texts, Elyon real name could be ANU, the king of the Anunnaki, but, considering that the bible is all about Jacob's lineage and theirs relationship with the Elohim (the one assigned to them and the others not assigned to them) on earth, it could be ENLIL too. He is the legal heir of Anu and the commander in chief of the Anunnaki's mission on earth: so the highest of Elhoim on earth. Nice! This video was much more enjoyable to watch than the first. I still don;t know who is in charge of making the subtitles, because they are sometimes very inaccurate but I also understand that not automating subs is expensive.
Also Mauro's translated script is pretty well done. Some things don't come across super well, and I know how translating from Italian to English can give results that seem excessively wordy or heady, because Italian academia is that way in general. Could try to improve the flow a bit nonetheless.

Reminds me of the early days of the "Jesus Seminar", the decyphering of the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the countless new interpretations of the faith and scripture that came out of those discoveries. The like of Dr. Bart Ehrman and his stunning book on Christ in the bible called "Jesus Interrupted." And so now, after more than thirty years of studying unorthodox/alternate readings and understandings of scripture, I am eating up these lectures by Dr. Biglino like mad!!!

Excellent video. Love the clear and precise explanation of the terms. Also, since there were different Elohim for different territories, I wonder if certain region identified with a certain Elohim more than the others, therefore decided to ignore the others and just go along with the one they knew better for their own narrative. Just a thought.
That’s exactly what the people of Israel decided to do, they decided to SERVE Yaweh, an Elohim.
Yaweh tells the Israelites they are NOT to serve the Elohim of Egypt.

Thank you again for this highly educational and informative "part two" gentlemen. Your hypothesis concerning Elyon may prove correct, but I am far from reaching a final conclusion on this subject.
In the Book of Joshua, chapter 5, verses 13-15 we read of an encounter with an entity who identified himself as the captain of the host of Yahweh. If this entity is an Archangel, and he is sent to Joshua under the authority of Yahweh, then Yahweh and Elyon may be one and the same being.
Comparatively, in the Book of Daniel, chapter 7, verses 9, 13, & 22 we find reference to an entity described as the "Ancient of Days". In verses 22, 25, & 27 there is made mention of the "Most High". If the Ancient of Days and Elyon the Most High are one and the same, then the context of Daniel's vision remains consistent; if the Ancient of Days is distinct from Elyon the Most High, then the interpretation of this vision becomes ambiguous.
By discovering the identity of the "one like the son of man" mentioned in verse 13, who presents himself before the Ancient of Days, we may also be able to uncover the identity of the "Ancient of Days" himself.
How ironic that the description given of the "son of man" in Revelation, chapter 1, verses 13-16 should so closely resemble the description given to the Ancient of Days!

I would like to understand in this context, why Jesus named the temple in Jerusalem the house of his father, which should b a house of prayer for all nations.
And I also like to undestand ho is the Nachash in Eden and what is meant by his seed in comparation to the seed of the women (mitocondrial DNA?).
The text in Deuteronomy 32:8 can actually be linked with Pauls definition of God in the Acts 17:24-26. If we read verse 26 does it say the same thing. God has created all people and placed them in different areas, given then their time in history and kind of arranged and divided everything. It is not impossible Paul is talking about the same highest one, the El Elyon.
If I may please ask, would you think it possible that the Slavic and Norse gods and polytheism were also influenced by ancient Mesopotamian beliefs or would you consider them having a different origin?

Concerning Deuteronomy 32:8. Consider a father bringing home a pie for his family. In dividing the pie would the father not take a piece for himself. I suggest the Elyon, similarly kept a piece for himself and that piece was Israel. Elyon was Enlil; but was known to the Isrealites as Yahweh. Likewise for instance, for instance, Enlil's son Adad was know as Teshub by the Hittites.

Just wondering why if the Elohim are under Elyon's authority, that they are fighting amongst one another? Shouldn't they be very regimented and disciplined? Is there anything to explain why there might have been a power struggle between the Elohim, or was war just a type of game, where they set humans against each other like a real-life chess match?
Elyon is merely a title of Yahweh, that's extremely clear in the Bible. Genesis 14:22 "And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lifted up my hand unto Yahweh El Elyon, possessor of heaven and earth"; Psalm 83:18 "That they may know that you alone, whose name is Yahweh are Elyon over all the earth".

The Israelites were those people that were under the protection of, and worshipped, Yahweh. But other peoples were under other Elohim. The Elyon was another being who was superior in command to Yahweh. Did you not get that far? @@blinertasholli1280 The conversion from a pantheon to one God was made by the very same ancient Hebrew authors who wrote the Bible, it's not something made up later on by the "evil" church o theologians. Those ancient authors explicitly stated in numerous occasions throughout the Bible that only one God exists, Yhwh, and that all the other elohim are just inert pieces of wood or metal made by man.
Paul Wallis is right on point in his explanation of this topic. I would further his point by referencing Psalms chap 84- 6. I futher suggest in my own estimation that ELYON is none other than ANNU, the king of the Annunaki, as such he would be the most powerful one and commander of all the Elohim. I think that the Bene Elohim are the sons of, or children of the Elohim! The English translation of the word Benoni equates to Bene, both words have the same rendering as sons or children of a clan/Annunaki.

Cosa ha prodotto gli elohim? Li ha creati Dio? Oppure sono anch'essi il prodotto del caso, di una evoluzione /selezione naturale? Tutti questi libri che scrivi, caro Mauro, non scalfiscono nemmeno di uno iota la questione escatologica che qui ti pongo, ammesso e non concesso che la tua teoria sugli Elohim sia vera. Perche' se gli Elohim li ha creati un essere trascendente, quell'essere trascendente ha creato indirettamente anche noi. A mio avviso rimane però un discriminante più a monte: al di là di rimaneggiamenti e revisioni, continuiamo a non sapere se la Bibbia ha avuto origine come testo almeno parzialmente storico oppure semplicemente come auto celebrazione di un piccolo popolo, sempre stretto fra le superpotenze dell'epoca, fiero però di avere anch'esso un proprio santo protettore. Se non come pura opera di fantasia.
Chi ritrovasse, fra un paio di millenni, la serie televisiva "UFO" potrebbe essere tentato di concludere che nel XX secolo gli abitanti della Terra avevano messo in piedi un'organizzazione per combattere una imminente minaccia aliena, con tanto di base lunare.

My question or confusion is why so much emphasis in the Bible’s about Yahweh and next to nothing about all of the other Elohim and their territories? I understand that it has to be that way for us to worship the “one” but does that mean that either there wasn’t any prior writings or were they all destroyed? Seems they would have picked a higher Elohim for us to worship? Any thoughts is appreciated

Hello Mauro, and I was watching this wonderful lecture about Elyon, a question jumped into my mind. I am from Iraq. We have a historical city called Babylon, and the word Babylon is of two syllables according to the archaeological interpretation.If we used the word “Bab” with the word elyon.. it would have become “Babelyon .. But with the development of the language, the name of what it is today ... banylon .. It's interesting.

As an agnostic-atheist I don't know, but why should they bother? The only Mesopotamian tale included in the Bible is the flood narrative which is less than a page long.
