    I believe in God, not the god that religion teaches so that’s why this man fascinates me. I am reading a book of his called the Naked Bible and I can’t stop reading it. Thank you Mauro for what you are doing on educating us about the truth of the written word and thank you to Alex for this interview.

    I was brought up in a fundamentalist Christian cult that concentrated its teachings in the OT. Our 'god' was vengeful, angry, jealous, and approved of genocide of peoples whose land the Israelites wanted to take. I long ago realised that this was not a god I could believe in or respect, and even if 'he' existed, I wanted nothing to do with. My parents were horrified and consigned me to hell for my sin of 'unbelief'. I too think there is probably a god or creative mind in the universe but I totally reject the idea that that god is described in the bible at all. In fact, the bible and other books limit god by claiming they can define 'him'. Even more ridiculous is the idea that a mind so powerful as to create all we see and know, could be confined to books written by men or choose one nation as 'gods chosen people'. How childish, how naive . Iam fascinated by Mauro's translation of the OT and think it is obvious that whatever this creature/person was, it is and was not 'god', nor were they 'good'. The world and the many universes are more complex and mysterious than we could ever imagine. I understand why traditional religious people find these ideas so threatening...it means the foundation of their beliefs must fall down. The idea that a race of higher intelligence possibly terraformed the earth and perhaps genetically altered us is no more ridiculous than current fundamentalist Christian doctrine.

      These entities are considered the elder brother of so-called Adam and Eve (aka aDa wa aMa). They traveled here because there home world was said to be destroyed due to a war that they started. They resemble white men, which is why everyone back then knew exactly who they were, and interact with them based on their actions which is how names function in Aramaic. What I think he is missing is the fact that there was a war in heaven heaven meaning in The stars are the universe. How the angels came to the Earth and mingled with human women and created hybrid children😅 This is right in line with what He is translating he's just missing the fact that the wars have been genetic wars between others from other worlds and what we call God He is translating he's just missing the fact that the wars have been genetic wars between others from other worlds and what we call God

    Dr. Alex, if you read this, please it’s really important to me that, (with you being part of the David Bohm effort to always question), also perhaps include something in the description about why you believe this is backed up with facts. I do understand that Mauro was a former Vatican scholar, but we exist in a world with a tremendous amount of spiritual make-believe things. I myself was raised in a new age esoteric cult which believed many made up things which I later was able to prove wrong. Due to my personal experiences of how much this happens, I’ve written to Pavoo (which he said he would respond to soon) about why I would like to introduce discussions of spiritual make believe and spiritual corruption into Pari Center. For me, this would contribute tremendously to a really different kind of human being, not just some more of the same kind of new age ideologies we have seen in last century.

    What a beautiful soul Mauro is❤️ I have known since I was 12 trying to join Teen deminsion Christian group. Went to my second meeting the were reading the Bible. The burn in hell part. I needed help. My father was very horribley abusive to me & me only. The Bible I knew that day… something was horribly wrong. I found no refuge in what they were petaling. I have had many supernatural experiences since I can remember. It was heartbreaking for me knowing at 12 they were lying. Yahweh was not my friend. Now 63 deeply spiritual my religion is humanity, & right action with good moral behavior to ALL living beings. I just love this man. His life has not been easy.. when you live as a truth seeker & a heart with kindness and love. ❤

Here in Italy we know him very well: he's a felon convicted for massive financial frauds, a Ponzi scheme that left thousands of people broke. After serving his sentence, at the age of fifty he took a few private Hebrew lessons as a hobby (according to him, they were "20-25 lessons") and then made some didactic work for beginners like him. That's all. He never had anything to do with the Vatican in any way, shape, or form, and never made any actual translation of the Bible.

    This is one of the most interesting conversations I've ever heard. I wanted to ask if El for the ancient name of Saturn (Satan, Santa) is significant within his dissertation.
    The discussion also brought to mind the "Eloi" in HG Well's The Time Machine. HG Wells imagined (or had some forknowled) that humans would fabricate at some point into two distinct species, the Morlocks and the Eloi. There are rumblings of that in real time these days. I wonder if Eloi is the plural of Elon... those who follow the latest tech. Those who don't (or didn't) become the squat goblins of HG Wells' imaginings.
    Great conversation! I look forward to hearing more!

      Ell comes from the oldest name of the prime god of the gods Ellyon.
      Depicted in a humble manner as opposed to the Grandour of the gods, Ellyon is the first god we find in the lore.He wears just a binni and not grand paraphernalia. This binni has become The symbol of the French revolution and seen in other places to 4 recent times.

    There's no way to get around the fact that Elohim is plural, however, Trinitarian dogmatics have accounted well for that fact. Still, the Hebrew of the OT proves paradoxical at best. Besides difficulties with Elohim, we have the untranslatable, unutterable Tetragrammaton. And then there's El Shaddai. But the Jews seem to have understood all of these to refer to the same unified entity, that is God. There are mysteries inherent in the narrative that can only be explained later. For example, the Law is said to be delivered by "the angel of the LORD" and the LORD himself. The usual explanation is that any minister of God acts in His divine capacity. But the Apostle Paul is clear, "the law was administered by angels." The author of Hebrews says the same. So does Stephen in the book of Acts. And they do not seem to think in means the same thing as God himself.
    So all these conjectures about the name of the Jewish God and his headship over some divine council of angels are good questions, but this Italian gentleman is just a New Age nutjob who thinks he has it figured out.

IMO Chac Chob is he... the Maya are his people, the original Judaics. Pakal is Paul, La of Guatemala is the El La, or Al La. They had craft, went to the middle east after the Sky wars in India... to fill the power vacuum in the region. ETC.

    I do not agree with a literal approach to religion, or to the Bible. Religion is in metaphor as deep truth cannot be conveyed in the language of literalism. What does it matter what literal word they used, if the definition of God is: Consciousness, Existence, Bliss. That is what is important. ‘Let Us create man in our image;’. Man wasn’t the first creation as there were angels, so the plural was used. We can hope that what is expressed in this video is not more nonsense to further confuse religion and the religious.
    The important thing is that God is One as Consciousness and all that exists shares in that Consciousness. Enough with interpretations. Do you strive to Know, Love, and Serve God? If not, your nitpicking nonsense is just that, nothing more. Again, strive to Know, Love, and Serve God. Enough with what was, was not, or what may have been. This is the absence of the religious impulse, it is in essence, casting doubt on religion, especially for those who approach it from a literal perspective, rather from devotion and the desire to serve humanity.
    I would agree that Religion is One and is expressed in different ways in different cultures. Literalism in place of Devotion, Service , Love for God and all creation is what is IMPORTANT. This would give me a headache.

    • @ALavin-en1kr
      @ALavin-en1kr 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A correction - Literalism in place of Devotion, Service, Love for God and all creation is not Important and is empty. The aforementioned Devotion, Service, and Love are important. Actions speak louder than words. Where there is an emphases on words there is often little works. ‘By their WORKS shall you know them’. Not by their WORDS. Talk is cheap.

He's also a felon convicted for massive financial frauds. There's no connection between Jesus and Gabriel beyond what anyone can read in any Bible edition. Biglino here is playing his dirty tricks as usual: he exploits the name of a respectable academic who was also a cardinal (Jean Danielou), and completely distorts his thinking, confiding in the fact that his audience will never read Danielou's obscure works.

      Biglino is deliberately lying to support the ancient aliens narrative. Elohim is like shamayim (sky), zequnim (old age), behemot (beast), adonim (master), maym (water), betulim (virginity), etc., all formally plural words but with a singular meaning. Yahweh is called elohim over two thousand times and yet he's undoubtedly a singular entity.

      Aramaic is hardly relevant because only 1% of the Old Testament is written in that language while 99% is in Hebrew, and that 1% contains nothing special (it's mostly in the book of Daniel and Ezra).The New Testament is entirely written in Greek.

      Don't be fooled by this fraudster. As an agnostic-atheist I agree with his anti-religious stance, but as a person who has studied ancient Hebrew and semitic philology I find his shameless lies revolting. Since 2010 he has mixed the ancient aliens theory with a cospirationist attitude whose purpose is to attract an undeucated and gullible audience. In principle I'm not against the ancient aliens theory: when I was younger I read many of the most famous books on the subject and I was fascinated by them, but when I studied ancient history and semitic languages I realized how dishonest those authors were. Biglino is no different: not a single word of his is original, he has copied everything from those charlatans.

They are exploiting people's ignorance and gullibility, which basically is the same thing religions have been doing for millennia. Biglino is a real pro at that: he defrauded thousands of people of their life savings, and even after he was convicted he never espressed any regret for the lives he ruined.

Erich von Däniken (63 million sold books, translated in 32 languages) (www.youtube.com/@ErichvonDanikenOfficial) gave the book to a NASA lead engineer and to a known engineer&entreprenneur in Germany. Surprisingly both engineers were able to build the description as a model, and it was a kind of flying object for small crews and a landing dock. They did not use anything but Hesekiels description. This is as well so valuable, because NASA still helds a patent that comes from the descriptions of Hesekiel

      Having studied ancient Hebrew and semitic philology from a strictly secular perspective (and I'm an agnostic-atheist myself), I can assure you that Biglino is one of the greatest liars of our time, surpassed perhaps only by Sitchin. Anyone who has even a basic knowledge of these matters would be appalled by Biglino's falsehoods. The only things he's right about are the ones anyone can read even in the most faith-oriented translation of the Bible, i.e. the ruthlessness of the biblical god, his materialistic view, etc. But aside from that, Biglino is one of the most dishonest people I've aver come across. And when I discovered the frauds he committed and for which he was sentenced, truly merciless frauds, I wasn't surprised at all. He's like dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: he has the ability to present himself as the most decent person in the world, but he really has no moral compass.

      @@guychase5842 He never did any actual translation for San Paolo which is not owned, managed, or controlled in any way by the Vatican. It's a private commercial enterprise founded about a century ago by priests but it operates independently from the Vatican whose official (and only) publisher is "LIbreria Editrice Vaticana". What he did for San Paolo were rough drafts meant as didactic tools for beginners of Hebrew, as clearly stated in the Introduction to those two volumes which were "Minor Prophets" and "Meghillot". They indeed contained an actual translation but he had nothing to do with it: it was a reprint of the so called "Nuovissima Versione dai Testi Originali ("Newest Version from the Original Texts") which was made in the 1970s by a team of professional translators and at that time it received the "Imprimatur", i.e. the Vatican's seal of approval. On the contrary those interlinear drafts were of no concern to the Vatican since they were merely a tool for beginners. Biglino couldn't do any real translation because he has only a basic competence. A few years ago, when he was more open about his qualifications (but not about his criminal record which he tried to keep hidden as long as he could), he publicly declared that he only took "20-25 private lessons" when he was already fifty years old (therefore in 2000 since he was born in 1950). He also said that Father Piergiorgio Beretta, the catholic priest who was the head of the San Paolo interlinear project, specifically told him that the exercises he was doing were in line wth the kind of work they needed and so they offered him a collaboration. Fr. Beretta also wrote in the Introduction that Biglino's task was to provide a preliminary version that then Beretta himself would revise and refine. As to the Jesuits, I'm not aware of any relations he may have with them. He said he attended high school at a private institution owned and managed by Salesians priests (a catholic religious order). As an adult he became a Freemason and reached the level of Venerable Master, but he said he left because of lack ot time.

    In the Christian version of the Bible I read God does not 'name' things, Adam does & we read that God put Adam to sleep & created Eve from Adam's rib. And reading Mauro's book I'm struck by this excerpt which imo points to homo sapiens creation of spoken 'language' as the Biblical Fall. As humanity continued to lose the embodied sense of the Cosmos our earliest ancestors would naturally have had, as we all do in the 1st year of life. Hence Alex's 'ontological shock." And the multiple Elohim's is simply metaphoric of the oral tradition of the keeper's of wisdom that emerged out of Africa, like everything else human, IMO. Hence we read modern philosophers say: To repeat: don't think, but look! ― Ludwig Wittgenstein What does this quotation about CREATION really mean: to-curse again the-earth?
    The book excerpt:
    "The passage below exemplifies what has been provided to the reader: - The first line contains the non-vocalized Hebrew text that must be read from right to left. - The second line contains the literal translation, also proceeding from right to left. (the Hebrew text) earth-the again curse-to ← (read from right to left)"

    Gabriel is an "ish"? Is an "ish" a human?

    • @gregoryshawn100
      @gregoryshawn100 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Here you have a prime example of how unreliable Biglino is. It happens very frequently, it's not an isolated incident. In the Old Testament Gabriel appears in only two episodes, chapter 8 and 9 of the Book of Daniel, and in neither of them is he considered a human. In chapter 8 Daniel has a weird vision, almost a nightmare, then he sees someone who has the **appearance** of a man. A mysterious voice calls him Gabriel and asks him to explain the meaning of the vision to a puzzled Daniel. As anyone can understand, a "man" and "someone who has the appearance of a man" are not the same thing. In chapter 9 Gabriel appears again and he's called "man" (ish) because the reader already knows from the previous chapter that he looked human, not because he actually was. Such confusion on Biglino's part is not forgivable, it's an intentional lie because he also lied about the French cardinal. If you rewatch the video around minute 52 you can hear him mention a Jesuit who, according to Biglino, considered Gabriel a man (ish). Here Biglino doesn't say much about this guy, but on several other occasions he went into more details and I can assure you that Biglino's dishonesty is unbelievable. He exploits the fact that his audience has no expertise on these matters, so he can tell them whatever lies he wants and nobody among his fans will notice. I read that cardinal's books and not only didn't he say anything like that, but on the contrary he shared the common christian view that Gabriel was an angel, a spiritual entity. That cardinal, whose name is Jean Danielou, died half a century ago therefore Biglino knows he won't be able to protest against such a blatant distortion of his work.

    This can easily be explained drawing on some research from Archaix. Look into his vapor canopy theory. The many fighting entities story matches most other mythologies which can all be explained when you understand about how there used to be a vapor canopy over this realm allowing for advancements in abilities and size. It was the age of heroes. Once the vapor collapsed causing the great flood. The offspring become diluted to eventually become us.

      @@MirageandReality I read the other comments about Biglino's lack of credentials and qualifications and they are correct, so I won't repeat the same things. I just want to add that even his claims about certain Hebrew words are completely false, for example the word "elohim" which does mean "god". Any classical Hebrew dictionary in the world would tell you that, including each one of those quoted by Biglino throughout his career and including dictionaries edited by Hebrew speakers and published by Israeli universities (such as Ernest Klein's "A Comprehensive Etymological Dictionary of the Hebrew Language" which was made in collaboration with academics from the University of Jerusalem and published by the university of Haifa). I wonder why a scientist like dr. Gomez-Marin didn't feel compelled to verify at least some of Biglino's claims. As an academic I'm sure he'd have no trouble finding an expert in biblical Hebrew. A fundamental principle of scientific research is that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, while dr.Gomez-Marin simply trusted Biglino's word. That's not scientific at all, it seems the result of a huge confirmation bias. Probably he's so against traditional religion that he enthusiastically embraces anything that appears to prove it false.
